Nestled in a serene cul-de-sac with secure off-street parking, this property is part of a block of 8 similar apartments. A convenient pedestrian walkway offers quick access to the beach. Spread across three levels, the apartment features a secure lock-up garage and laundry on the ground floor.

On the first floor, you'll find an open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area, complete with an adjacent balcony. The room is equipped with a smart TV with free streamed subscription channels Stan, Binge and Amazon Prime, plus airconditioned, with front sliding doors which opens up the room bringing the outside in.

Upstairs, the main bedroom boasts a queen bed, is air-conditioned with a split-system reverse cycle unit, plus a TV. Meanwhile, the second bedroom also offers a double bed and a single bed.

Please note that the space is not suitable for larger groups of adults, nor is it appropriate for events or parties, as it is nestled in a tranquil residential block.
