Weekend getaway

Our group of 3 couples very much enjoyed our stay. The property is a quick walk to the lake. We were able to easily rent a boat slip and enjoy the day on the water.

Short relaxing vacation

Stayed in area to check out a few properties and see the amenities of the locale. Overall great location. Close to everything we needed and property manager, Ashley, very attentive. Helped us with computer issue

Great stay!

We loved the cabin and the location of Kimberling Cove! A short walk down to the dock where our boat was conveniently parked. We spent time out on the lake but also just playing in the water by the dock. Pool on site was beautiful and the kids loved the waterslide. Inside our cabin was clean and functional. The only complaint that I can come up with is that there could be a little more cookware and utensils, but we made due with what was there and it was just fine!

Great location

Overall- location is great. Near the lake & boat slips are available.Goofy Goose restaurant is on site. Food is good, drinks cheap, live music & pool.Resort is pet friendly.Only complaint cabins are a bit small for 8 people 3 BR. 2 queens, 1 king & fold-out couch. Never enough towels, TP, dishes etc for a large group so be prepared to call & request items or bring your own. Resort is pet friendly, easily accessible & great location with amenities.This is our 2nd year here & will most likely be back next year :)

New Years with family

The toilet seat was broken. The door in the first bedroom would stuck if you closed it and the heating system could have been a little better. But we made the best of it.Thank you

Hi Freddie, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize if you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We apologize that the toilet seat was loose and moved around during your stay, however, it has been fixed now. This home does have heat and also a fireplace. - The heater was recently tested and works properly. We have never had a heat complaint before. Also, the doors open and close fine. - While we do regret our home was not up to your expectations, we’re happy to share that no issues were reported by our most recent guests. - We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have a wonderful stay!

Very basic

There are no screens on the doors. That makes it difficult to get fresh air into the main room without being inundated by flies

We genuinely appreciate your feedback, and the homeowner would like to share the following: Regarding the screen doors, we have decided not to install them due to their frequent susceptibility to damage. Based on past experiences, screen doors are prone to damage, so we have chosen not to include them. We strive to ensure that every guest enjoys the best possible stay, and we eagerly anticipate hosting many more satisfied guests at this property, as evidenced by our other reviews.
