Located 1h35 from Montreal, on Lake MacDonald, this 1500 square foot residence has 75,000 square feet lot and is very peaceful. It has its own 70 feet sandy beach with a long private dock. The interior has 3 bedrooms, 2 king size beds and 1 queen size bed, 3 full bathrooms, a kitchen completely redone in 2022, a kitchen in the semi-basement, A/C, gas fireplace, BBQ with infinite gas. Can sleep 7 people without problems. High-speed internet access.
The view of the lake can be admired either from the fully electrified gazebo (furnished, with water, fridge/microwave); from our spacious terrace; or from the 2nd and 3rd levels of the terrain, on wooden chairs or swings.
A complete children's park (3-8 years old) - daycare center like; as well as a firepit
Activities:
Winter:
Alpine skiing (30 min/Tremblant/Morin-heights); cross-country skiing (2min); snowshoes / walking trail (5 min); Christmas Magic!!!
Autumn Spring:
Kayak (7km lake), mountain biking, running, mountain climbing, biking (no traffic), bass fishing, tennis (2km), campfire
