Regency Towers offers a Gulf front pool, two tennis courts, dune walkover to the beach, an elevator, and a large green area for outdoor enjoyment.

This condo has an open floor plan with a well-equipped kitchen, and beautifully furnished dining and living area. There are sliding doors from both the living area and master bedroom onto the balcony overlooking the azure blue water of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private master bath. The guest bedroom has two day beds with trundles and shares a bath with the living area.
