We had a really fantastic weekend away in loft 11 and would very happily book again! It’s in such a convenient location, with or without a car, and well supplied property. Only thing we would have liked is a hair dryer, and it’d be nice to have more outdoor seating, although almost private benches are just a few metres away.
I’d definitely recommend this as fairly priced, great location and perfect for a quiet getaway!

Lovely loft apartment, very clean and spacious.
Only criticism would be one bathroom for six guests and having to collect keys from the office and not having them accessible on site.
Important aspect was cleanliness and the accommodation was spotless.
We recently stayed in the apartment for a 5 day visit to Byorn Bay. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The location of fantastic, walking distance to all of the shops and cafes. The beach is right on your doorstep and there is a great walking track that goes up to the lighthouse. There is a large open grassed area as you come down the stairs and exit the apartment. This is perfect if you have young children and want to kick a ball or have a picnic etc. (there is also a bbq at the grass area). There is also a little playground a few door down on the grass area. We visited with our two teenage children aged 15 and 17. It was a great location for them to go off and explore the beach, town centre and local area as evertying was within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book again.
This property lacks cleaning products - especially for the bathroom. It was totally inadequate for a family of 6. No broom. No mop. One kitchen wipe. One tea towel. No paper towels. Is there a cleaning service made available to tenants? Is there access to a mop? Is there something we can hang towels/ bathers to dry on?I had to buy a broom - call it a donation- so that we weren't walking through piles of sand throughout the stay.I have stayed in 5 or 6 of these apartments over the years, and it's always a problem. Who's responsibility is it.. the owners or the agency? Feels like we're staying in a cabin at a caravan park.
