This fabulous corner apartment has sensational Harbour Views and spacious living, ideal for spreading out and relaxing. Views from your bedroom, with open plan contemporary kitchen, living and dining flows out to that all-important deck for soaking up the vibrant cosmopolitan atmosphere.

Our apartment is located in the Sebel Hotel Complex right in the heart of the Viaduct, one of Auckland’s most desired central locations, with an abundance of bars and restaurants, all within an easy 5 minute stroll. You can enjoy harbour side walks around the marina and directly opposite your apartment are the Tepid Baths for gym users and a public pool. Commercial Bay and Britomart are just a 5-minute walk, you can find shopping for all tastes at these spots. There are hundreds of food and dining options with great takeaway choices at Harbour Eats in Commercial Bay and fine dining experiences in Britomart.

Great location, 5 minutes walk from downtown train, bus and ferry services. Private parking buildings only 1-2 minutes walk. An abundance of restaurants, bars, and site seeing options all within 2 - 10 minutes walking distance of the apartment. Uber, scooters and bicycles are all available.

They say location location location in real estate is most important, this location did not disappoint.Walking distance, literally mere several feet to numerous excellent restaurants. Want to take a ferry or boat tour, again at your feet. To top it off, we were headed on a cruise and we walked with our luggage to the ships embarkation point. Add in the the apartment is an amazing glass wall overlooking the harbour made out time inside incredibly enjoyable. We stay four days in advance of our cruise, plenty to see and do close by. We even rode on public busses with ease of tap on tap off with your credit card. Welcoming instructions were clear and precise making the arrival perfect Thinking of visiting Auckland, this is the perfect place

perfect location

The location couldn't be better - it was actually better than expected. The apartment had everything we needed. The only negative is the check in process is really hectic.

Awesome Stay

Great location, lots of bars and restuarants within a esay 2-3 minute walk, public transport also right at your footsteps. The apartmnet was very spacious and clean, well set up with a great view. We received easy checkin instructions and the lox box was a 1 minute walk from apartment. Loved the relaxed vibes and great view. Staff super friendly and helpful.

Great location and views

We stayed 8 nights, the place was perfect for our needs. We added early check in and late check out for an extra fee. We had disembarked a 18 night cruise, so having a laundry was great. I like to cook our meals and the kitchen set up was great for that. My only criticism was that I had to wash all the dishes because they were not clean. I’m guessing the dishwasher is to blame for that which I did not use. I found a lot of food on a dish sandwiched between the dishes. I hand washed every dish and glass in the kitchen. There were 4 of us and only three wine and champagne glasses, so someone had to drink out of a mug. We like to have wine with dinner. Grocery store is walking distance, but bring your own grocery bags, they charge for bags in NZ. They provide coffee pods, tea and a small milk in the frig, a very nice touch. I never used a nespresso before but after googling how to use it, it was a breeze.
