I booked this stay and then at noon on check in day the host canceled claiming a flood in the washroom, which I don't truly believe because the host ignored all of my messaged and questions 2-3 days before check in day. I believe the host didn't realize the booking went through until check in day- would not recommend to anyone!

The owner contacted me the day of check in to say the property was no longer available due to damage but offered another option. I chose the option due to time restraint. The place was smaller and the 2nd bedroom was a closet! I feel this was a bait and switch scam!

Moved us without compensation adjustment

We booked this unit due to its location (being close to others). They had an issue with the unit and moved us several blocks away without any sort of compensation adjustment or real apologies for making things right. It made the trip difficult to be with others in the area of the original booking. The unit was small. We would have been better off with a hotel room.

This condo was in a great location. Easy access to downtown. Issac and Nadine were very accommodating. Condo clean and accommodated four of us easily. Very happy with our choice. Thank you.

Girls Weekend Downtown

The whole weekend went very well. The property was very clean and safe for a group of women. The property manager answered questions quickly and courteously. We all enjoyed our weekend very much!

Disappointed

The appt we were assigned at arrival was not the one I booked online. I was however not surprised as the communication the day before was not proactive, very limited and not as it works with other rentals. So, i kind of expected something. I was in good contact with vrbo, but you can only text with the Landlord. We eventually left the next day following rather unpleasant communication by the landlord. The appt would have been okay if it was according to the ad. Good for 4, we were 5, nice location, comfortable for a short stay.

Central location!

Great night-time city view from balcony. Very busy building but very safe and quiet. Ripleyā€™s aquarium across the street and the sky dome next to it. Lots of restaurants and shopping within short walking distance

Needs lot of TLC. Range hood does not work, paper window blinds on 1 of the 5 blinds in the suite. Access fob only works on one of the elevators so accessing the suite takes way too long. The location is perfect and convenient to downtown Toronto.

Great Location - Literally across the street from Scotiabank Arena

Property was clean with everything you need including all the basic amenities. Longos grocery store is across the street if you need groceries, beer, wine, etc. And, most importantly for sports fans, Scotiabank Arena and the Rogers Centre are very close. Host was easy to communicate with.

Great location and view.

The location is fantastic - close to ball park, train station, hall of fame, waterfront, groceries, restaurants. No need for a car. Key pickup and drop off very easy and convenient. The place was clean and as advertised. Nice to have washer and dryer. Great view. We didnā€™t spend a lot of time inside with this location. Didnā€™t have any need to contact the host. I would recommend.

Great location

This condo was in a great location for going out in downtown toronto! plenty of places in walking distance. The only complaint that was nothing to do with the property manager, but with the building were the elevators. Sometimes would be a 10-15 minute wait to get in one to go up to the 42nd floor.

The property was in a great location to access Rogers Center and the Aquarium. The unit was clean and the pictures accurately reflect the property. The property amenities are misleading as guests aren't permitted to use the pool or fitness center. This was disappointing as we were looking forward to using the pool and booked this property because it had one.

Host cancelled with less than 24 hours before our stay

Although I booked this reservation almost 8 months in advance, the host cancelled with less than 24 hours before our stay. The host also did not respond to any messages I had sent in the week before our stay. I don't believe his excuse that there was an issue with the bathroom. I believe this unit was cancelled and then rented out to someone else for more money. We will not be using VRBO again.

Amazing View and Location

We had a very bumpy checkin as the property wasn't ready on for 3 hours after our arrival and then they couldn't get us the remote for garage until the afternoon the following day. They said that they would "make it right", but the best they offered was late checkout, which we didn't need. That said, everything else with this property was amazing. The view was spectacular. The location couldn't be better. It was clean and had two actual bedrooms. Other recommendation. --> Please get some pods for the Keurig.

Toronto Getaway

This property was perfect for our family getaway in Toronto. It was 5-10 minutes away from everything we wanted to do. A 3 minute walk to the Scotiabank arena for the Raptors game; 10 minute walk to the Hockey Hall of fame; and steps from union station, CN Tower, etc. The building was busy but the condo was quiet. We didn't hear anyone. The 2 bedrooms plus pull out couch gave everyone the space they needed. Check in was easy and the share key system was easy and located close to the condo. The views are spectacular. I had a question about check in and I called the contact. She was fantastic. She talked me through my questions and was extremely nice.I would recommend this property to a family and we will book it again when we go back. Great place!

Great location

Location was great for sports game access. We stayed with my family of 4 plus my parents. Kids slept on the pull out in living room. Very easy to set up, not very comfy for adults but kids loved it! Blinds were broken in living room so unfortunately kids were up super early as it was pretty bright. Since we were travelling with kids, we only ever book locations with a pool however the day before check in, we received a message saying we didnā€™t have pool access. I searched listing and it still lists pool, hot tub and sauna as a feature. Kids were pretty bummed as thatā€™s always a highlight when you are young. I was told that they would find an alternative but our host never followed through with that. We had 3 different reach outs of information and 2 people saying they were our host, so it was difficult to know who to talk to. Another unfortunate thing I wish we had known is that you only get one key fob so itā€™s pretty hard to do anything separate. We had different plans as my parents at times and we had to organize how to get the 1 key to whoever needed it. There are several things that need repaired but didnā€™t affect our short term stay too much. I would stay again mainly for the location!

Location is great BUT

Location is great Property needs more caring, lots of nail holes and marks on the wall. Picture frame is broken. Toilet seat is broken. Facilities are very basic. One of the blinds doesn't work, they just put up a dark paper blind which doesn't roll up. Check in process is a nightmare. I contacted the host two days before the check in date, no response. Then I have to contact the Vrbo, they sent message to the host three times, still no response. Finally the host call me on the check in day after 6PM! And he also tried to delay our check in time to 10:30PM! The nightmare started at check in. There are 3 keys in total, one is for the elevator flooring button to your floor, The host gave me the wrong key! And we were on 42th floor. The host left, sent an Uber to deliver the new key to me 40 min later. Finally we parked our car in the garage, unload our luggages , getting into the elevator, use our new key for the 42th floor. You know what, that NEW KEY DOESNā€™T WORK! Fortunately some one get off thirty some floor and we all got out with her, and carried our six suitcases and bags up to our 42th FLOOR! The host told me he will deliver the right key next day, told me we can leave the apartment, will meet me somewhere sometime in the city. I insisted I will wait inside the unit till someone give me the right key. The host text me the check out information @9:54am which we already left! We kept the place clean but didnā€™t know we need to put the garbage to the garbage room.
