Abode on Sampson è moderno, elegante e contemporaneo. Le finestre dal pavimento al soffitto lasciano entrare molto sole e offrono incredibili viste sulle montagne. Cammina lungo la strada per saltare su 'Quittin' Time ', una pista da sci di Park City Mountain Resort e scia fino al Town Lift .. Lussuosa vasca idromassaggio all'aperto, camino a gas, sala da pranzo formale. Questa casa è su molti livelli con molte scale. Ha anche dei bei tavoli da tavolo in vetro piatto e non è adatto a bambini sgargianti. Questa è la seconda casa privata di Dr. & Mrs. Richard Wilson ... l'hanno nominato con tutti i comfort di casa ... perché è la loro casa. L'hanno arredato con splendidi mobili moderni e un'incredibile collezione d'arte.

Abode on Sampson offre un ambiente molto privato nella Città Vecchia di Park City, situato proprio sopra Historic Main Street, puoi camminare lungo la strada per sciare fino al Town Lift!

Nice house in good location.

It was a nice multistory house. Not great for people with mobility issues but great views and comfortable accommodations. Close to town but lots of stairs if you want to walk. Kids had a great time in the hot tub and climbing the snowy hill on the property.

First Time Ski Trip Out West

Our first family trip skiing out west. Lucked out and had a ton of powder to ski on. This is great house and great response time by the management to any issues we had. One word of advice to any renters, the road up to the house includes a number of switchbacks and steep. 4WD or AWD vehicles necessary in the winter.

Great Stay Just Above Main Street!

Very nice house. Good location. It's situated up on a (big) hill just above Main Street. Walkable but challenging. The 8th bed in the top floor is basically a window ledge and cushion, not necessarily a distinct bed. Thanks for hosting! We had a great time.

Spring break

The Abode on Sampson was a wonderful home for rent. The management company was very responsive with snow removal from decks and driveways and also with a minor hot tub issue. I would certainly stay there again if I ever return to Park city. 10/10 stay! Thank you!

Great service and location

We had a furnace issue that required visits by staff and contractors that was handled in a timely and satisfactory manner. The ski on/ski off location was key for us- loved it! The staircase to/from Main St was convenient perk

Great home and location

It was very clean and good for groups or families. We were able to walk to the ski home trail and town lift. Also able to walk the stairs to the upper end of Main Street.

We had a great time!

The property is on a steep street, make sure to have 4 wheel drive in the winter. The PM shovels the walkway, which was really nice! The PM was great at communicating through text, which I appreciate. One floor, with 2 king beds has been remodeled and is very nice, but the kitchen and other floors could totally use a remodel. Great for large family gathering or large friend group, like us. Also, property is an easy walk down to Main Street (not an easy walk up but good exercise!) We had a great time!

Great home at the top of Old Town

This is a great location, an easy walk down to main street and Park City attractions. Sunrise is beautiful from this location and you won't want to miss it. Ample room for many people and bedrooms are separated by floors creating lots of privacy. Thanks and we'll be back!

Unique Home

Unique stylish home with beautiful views and easy access to skiing and Main Street. We were traveling with our adult children and their partners. In retrospect, we really needed 4 master suites. The bunk room was not suitable, nor comfortable, for an adult couple. The home has lots of windows with beautiful views, but it does not feel very private. I would have appreciated a more substantial window covering in the master bedroom and shower. A few of the kitchen pans and cooking utensils are needing replaced, but we were able to cook a hearty breakfast and dinner every night.

We enjoyed our stay

We had a lovely stay at this home. I was there with 7 adults and 3 kids and it was just big enough to comfortably fit us all. The house was clean and well stocked. It does have a lot of stairs so if people are not comfortable with that I recommend a different home. It was peaceful with mountain views and had a unique style which I enjoyed. It is a 10 minute walk to downtown, however it is steep so those that are less mobile would likely opt to drive. We love Park City and would definitely stay here again if coming with a big group.

Great for our extended family to stay.

Well stocked with kitchen items. Bar glasses plentiful. Plenty of towels. Many stairs. Enjoyed hiking on street behind us. Easy to get to Main Street, but walk back is all up hill.

Amazing house!

Amazing house! Location was fantastic, so many glasses at the bar as well. Bed and bathroom situation was very good. Bunk bed is actually a full at the bottom so a single or couple can be in that room. We could take a short walk to the slopes and ski straight down to town lift.

wonderful house and location

Fabulous location!! We loved being able to walk down the stairs into town for shopping or a drink! And the walk to the Quittin Time run made it so easy to get on and off of the slopes. We also thought this house was perfect for a multi family group, because almost every room had its own bathroom (two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath). Finally, the Abode folks were great to work with and communication was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay

This is a great location for it's proximity to the slopes and downtown. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, the beds are cozy and the fire place in the living room is a great place to relax at the end of the day. Our family enjoyed our stay. My family of 6 felt at home welcomed in our location on Sampson. We especially enjoyed coming into the house, door already open, lights on, a welcome basket of goodies after our long travel day and the TV' screens crackling a cozy fire . While we didn't cook there, the kitchen was fully stocked if we would have wanted to. The proximity to the slopes was a definite plus. We loved that we all had our own space, but could gather together in the kitchen and living room to relax, talk and play games.

Wonderful Home

Great location for the price. Perfect for 8 people. Walkable to skiing but the walk comes with a steep hill. Would recommend staying.

Walking distance to main st, short walk to quitting time run, which allows access to the hill. Awesome property overall and great management, very happy with our stay.
