It gave out a loud crackling sound the first time we used it and that terrified my children.Otherwise, everything was nice and pleasant. I would go back there if the opportunity provides again.

It was wonderful to enjoy the sunrise each morning while we sipped coffee on the balcony. As noted by others, there are only stairs, no elevator. And while there is no air conditioning, the condo cooled off nicely overnight with the ceiling fans, open patio door, etc. I would absolutely stay here again!

Kauai Perfection!

Location, view, cleanliness, condo, and property rental company were all perfect!. Had a problem with a screen door and the safe and they were fixed in under an hour. Everything we needed was in the condo for a day at the beach. There is no AC but we totally didnt need it, there were fans in every room and the ocean breeze kept us comfortable. We will definately stay here again if we ever come back to this magical island. Thank you for a fabulous vacation!

First time Kauai

We had a great time! The view from 307 is AMAZING! Loved sleeping all night with the sound of the ocean coming in with the trade winds. Condo was perfectly clean, offered many extras like beach chairs and umbrellas, plenty of toiletry products, cleaning supplies, etc. The pool and hot tub were clean and juat thw right temperature. We grilled on thw propane grills and played shuffleboard while grilling. Check in and check out were easy! Thank you!

Cozy, clean condo

This condo was perfect for our stay in Kauai. Condo is very clean, good location, very cozy. Nice ocean view. Little windy at times, but the ocean breeze helped to keep the condo cooler. Plenty of floor fans to circulate the air. Comfortable bed and pillows. Well equipped kitchen. Having a clothes washer and dryer in the condo was a plus. Really enjoyed our stay

The condo was updated and very clean. The outside of the property looked a little old. I would recommend staying here to others. Nice sunrise view in the morning from the porch!!!!

We had an incredible vacation on the Garden Isle. Our accommodations were A Very clean and centrally located.They had everythi g we could have possibly needed in the way of dishes, utensils etc....We would absolutely stay there again. Highly recommended. 5 stars

Great Place Great Location

Would absolutely stay again. Excellent place, very well equip with everything you need in the kitchen and unit for your stay. Great location close to stores and restaurants. The property was well maintained and our kids loved the yard to play in and the pool. You didn't have a playpen so we bought one and left it there for others to use in the future.

Also, walking distance to lots of great food places, groceries and shopping. We recommend Kountry Kitchen for breakfast, lava lava beach club for supper, both walking distance along a beautiful beach path. The rental condo was perfect for us. It comes with a surprisingly well stocked kitchen including a vitamix blender and even a coffee grinder so you can purchase local (amazing) whole bean coffee. Also the unit is stocked with a washer and dryer. There are multiple options for beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach bags and even a cooler. There are ice packs in the freezer. The condo looks to have been recently renovated and was very well done. The views from the balcony make for a perfect sunrise every morning! The unit was very clean when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WOW! The view and sounds of the ocean can be heard from inside this unit. It was absolutely not necessary to be outside. This was a real plus and allowed us to soak up all the ocean had to offer, an element we will truly miss! For the discerning traveler, unit A-307, was exceptionally well stocked with impecable attention to detail (Tommy Bahama and island-decor items). Especially enjoyed the welcoming pineapple discretely placed in the refrigerator, a really nice touch. The condo included necessary items one may need while on vacation and in exploring the island. We could have easily left our toiletry bag at home (and hairdryer). Additional touches included necessary beach items, such as chairs, umbrellas, towels, and even a cooler to pack and take along on our days journey out exploring. Everything was clean and in great condition. We would certainly book this unit again, and hope to do so. Only downfall, steps. Three floors up and an additional flight to the master suite loft.

Facility was adequately stocked to support 4 folks. About the only negative was a lack of seasonings and sundries like aluminum foil. Otherwise, it had all the kitchen supplies we needed, and we did prepare most all our dinners at the condo. Staff was super responsive to our concerns when the new neighbor took up smoking on their porch... which then blew directly into our place. Claire immediately addressed the issue and those tenants stopped.

The condo grounds were clean and very well maintained. While the beach wasn’t exactly swimable, you could wade, check out tide pools at low tide, and there were paddle boarders/ scuba divers out in the water. The amenities were (pool, bbq, shuffle board court) were clean and maintained. The condo itself was clean and spacious. No AC, but the ocean breeze that can through the door was plenty! A wonderful stay!

Few of the condos on Kauai have A/C, but the ceiling fans throughout this unit were a game changer. With the lovely ocean breeze, we stayed cool. Appliances were new and this unit is clearly well taken care of. Would happily return. Garden Island Properties were attentive and fast acting. They are doing a great job managing the place as well.

Wonderful!

Exceeded our expectations! The little “extras” really go a long way- full sized lotion/soaps, salt/pepper and coffee in kitchen, extra trash bags and laundry detergent. The beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers etc was a bonus for us too. Also, this unit was so clean and comfortable, we would definitely stay again! Central location to get all around the island and lots within walking distance too.

We loved that it had a full kitchen for use so, we went to local grocery store to stock up on our food to cook and enjoy. Some of our meals, it was fun to also go out to local food places as well. We liked that they had a washer and dryer available. The beds were real comfortable, and the loft area was open and felt private. One issue we had was it was a bit hot at night in the loft area even with the fans on us we thought it would be nice to open the upper windows for air but, unfortunately they did not have a pole to do so. We loved that you could hear the waves from outside and you are able to walk around exploring the beautiful beach area and local spots. The pool and jacuzzi was a nice break between all the exploring we were doing. We had a wonderful trip and found it easy to get to and from the airport.
