OCEAN BEACH A1 is a direct oceanfront 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo located on the boardwalk. This condo is best suited for families that prefer direct access to the boardwalk and enjoy being close to an amusement park. The condo features a recently remodeled kitchen with granite countertops and a full stock of appliances and cookware. The condo includes 1 assigned parking spot, an in-unit full size washer/dryer, and free Wi-Fi.

Bedroom 1 includes a bunk bed with a full sized bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top, as well as an en-suite walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 includes a full-size bed, a twin bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower. Each bedroom includes a smart TV.

This property does not allow pets or smoking. Shoreline Properties rents to families and responsible individuals over the age of 25.

check in and out was quick. very nice place. right on boardwalk. steps from the beach.its at the leas crowsed end of the beach which is great but only a few blocks from all the action on the boardwalk. 2 .inute walk from jetski rentals, mini golf bay front restaurant. apartment was very clean and well supplied did most of our meals in the apt. and never had a problem with lack of supplies. having 2 bathrooms was great and they where clean. shower stall was very nice. and other bathroom had a tub/shower. on site parking. nice table and chair set on the oatio, enough for 6 with view of the board walk. porch is literally attached to boardwalk. this wa our 3rd trip ocean city, and this was the best place we have stayed at yet. would definitely stay there again.
