Kayu Casa has a spacious open plan lounge with dining area and well-equipped kitchen. These spaces are filled with natural light. The master bedroom features a plush queen-size bed with high quality Citta linen. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and full laundry facilities. Kayu Casa is filled with thoughtful touches for your stay with many of the items available for purchase from Kayu Studio downstairs.

The adjacent Kayu Studio showroom is open to guests, where you can book a meeting room (subject to availability), enjoy coffee, and work in peace. A short walk to central Mount Maunganui, shopping, entertainment and restaurants are at your doorstep.

Payment Terms:
Full payment for your stay will be processed 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Guest Portal:
You will receive a guest portal link from Beyonder, the manager of the property, before your arrival.
Please utilize this link to provide your credit card details and upload a valid ID.

Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold.

Bond Hold:
A bond hold of $500 will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival.
The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found.
Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.
