Auto moderne et propre contenait appartement de 2 chambres dans maison des propriétaires. Traversez Papamoa Beach Road et réserve et marcher 1 min au blanc fabuleuse plage de surf de sable de Papamoa Beach. 5 minutes à pied de Papamoa Surf Club. L'appartement est d'environ 10 minutes à pied de l'ßle de la mode, des cafés locaux, à 8 minutes en voiture du centre commercial Bayfair, 15 min en voiture de l'aéroport de Tauranga et le Mont Maunganui. Belle vue sur le maire et les ßles Motiti. Super endroit pour se détendre, profiter de la plage, surf, poissons, BASE vous pour tous les événements dans la région de Tauranga / Mont / BOP. Off street parking pour un véhicule. Convient pour les adultes matures et les familles. Aucune des parties.

Love this place!

Thank you, Diana, for such a wonderful stay. This is our second time at the Malibu Apartment, and we will stay again. Diana is a superb host. Her communications are quick and helpful. She is really friendly, too! We walked across the street for beachy sunrises and took quick walks to the store for supplies. Having the washer and drying racks made our stay super homey, along with the full-size fridge and dishwasher. Diana keeps the place tidy, and the patio is great for evening wind downs.

Great location

Popamao is a very nice community and this particular area is a great community. It is well designed for pedestrians and a nice place for walking. The street and neighborhood are very quiet. The yard of the apartment faces Papamoa Beach Road which is quite busy during the day but when we were inside the apartment the sound never bothered us. The host is quick to respond but unobtrusive, in fact we never saw her, even though she lives upstairs. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk away, and almost deserted. We really enjoyed our stay here and we highly recommend it.

We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the property was even though it was near a big Road.. we slept really well and took advantage of the beach walks across the street. Everything is as advertised and top shape

Nice neighbourhood - convenient location

Very pretty neighbourhood, short drive to shops, and a walk to the beach. We were busy with lots of outside activities so didn't stay much at the accommodation, which was perfect, as it was quiet, clean, safe and convenient for this type of holiday. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing garden to spend a lot of time in then you might prefer a different location as this house - and all the houses along the beach in this area - have the main local road running between the beach and the houses. So in the picture where you see the back garden, there is a road behind the trees. Still beautiful to watch the sun come up in the morning etc. Overall we would stay here again.

This house is right across the street from beautiful Tauranga beach. The setting is stunning. We loved our daily walks on the beach admiring the seashells and the amazing setting.

Great Location

Papamoa beach is one of best beaches I’ve ever visited, and this unit is right across the street. Lovely apartment and super value. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Location, lovely stay!

Lovely stay for our family. Super clean and tidy, directly across from the beach. Everything you need. Hopefully we weren't too annoying as we were in and out a lot with a basketball tournament! Despite being the ground floor there was no noise at all from the other homes. Highly recommend!
