The Space:

This is not your average beach rental. The home blends rustic coastal charm with mid-century antiques, original artwork, and eco-conscious design choices throughout. High-end natural soaps, a curated interior, and thoughtful details make it feel more like a small art retreat than a typical short-term rental.

This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom beach house features vaulted ceilings, an open layout, and expansive views across the wetlands. In warmer months, ocean breezes, window units, and fans keep the space comfortable. In winter, baseboard and gas wall heat make it a warm and cozy retreat.



Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, fire pit, picnic table, and a peaceful outdoor setting. Fast Wi-Fi and multiple work-friendly spots make it great for a creative retreat or work-from-nature setup.



You're close to La Plage, Brekky, and many of the North Fork's standout restaurants, wineries, and farm stands. Whether you're relaxing by the beach, cooking at home, or exploring nearby, the pace here is slower and the setting unforgettable.

Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities

Please note that all outdoor amenities, including the patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.



If you are looking for multiple homes that are close by for additional family and/or friends please inquire! We have many other beach homes within close proximity.



IMPORTANT NOTES:

- No parties or unregistered guests without permission.

- No smoking.

- No pets allowed.

- For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.

- For reservations of 29 nights or more, a refundable deposit will be collected prior to arrival. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.

Other Things to Note:

Cancellation Policy

- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.

- Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

- Please note: This cancellation policy is not applicable for HVMB guests.



Guest Insurance

Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons. We understand that things happen by mistake or accident from time to time, we ask that you let us know when it happens. You’re covered with us - we’re invested in you having a worry-free stay!
