The house sits on 5.5HA of Scenic Bush and Farmland, with security cameras outside for property protection. A private long driveway winds up the hill to take you to a beautiful home nestled into the side of the hill, with panoramic views of the Firth Harbour and across to the Coromandel Ranges. This property has plenty of secure parking for vehicles, boats or recreational vehicles. A short wander down the driveway puts you on the water's edge and access to the beaches for whichever water recreation is your choice or simply relaxing in this beautiful, sheltered spot. The Waharau National Park is located right next door, with walking tracks ranging from 30 minutes to 3.5 hours, filled with bird song and wildlife. The very popular Bayview Hotel is only a short drive away with its popular garden bar, well reviewed restaurant and regular live events. Kaiaua area has public boat ramp facilities, with easy access to the mussel farm for fishing, parks and playgrounds.the house does have 4 security cameras on the outside 4 corners of the house which are clearly visible these cameras can be turned off upon arrival if requested

Lovely house to stay, didn't want to leave. Loved the view and the animals round. Close to lovely regional parks for walks. Dog friendly so we could bring our furry family member. Owner super friendly and helpful.

This really is a slice of heaven. Big and spacious. Helpful, friendly and accomodating host. Amazing views across the Firth. Comfortable beds. Excellent kitchen facilities. Everything you could want. Would love to stay again!

"Absolutely" a Slice of Heavan

The place is quite easy to find. We met Pete up the driveway to the house. We found him very obliging, friendly and informative, great person. The property was even better than we imagined. the house was very clean, spacious, well furnished, all the amenities you could possibly need and amazing views. We absolutely loved our stay and it felt really homely. We didn't really want to leave and will recommend to other friends of ours.

Friendly host, beautiful view

House is nice and big with a beautiful view. Pete was very friendly. A new listing so maybe a few things such as a guest folder with instructions for rubbish, wifi etc would be helpful for the future. Happy as. Will be back.

Peaceful oasis

Beautiful house with gorgeous views of the sea. Relaxing and quiet. The check-in process and communication with Peter was fantastic. Large bedrooms and secure storage for bikes etc. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and more! Even on a rainy day, there is ample space for the family to relax and unwind. Highly recommend, and we will be back.
