Dolphinview is a newly redeveloped property situated right across the road from the beach and Coffin Bays" famous Oyster walk. With its amazing views out across the water, you can watch all the boats coming and going from the channel into the bay or walk across the road and throw a fishing line in at Crinoline Point.

Watch the birdlife that regularly visits the surrounding bushland, and the dolphins and seals that swim past. The extensive balcony, with extendable outdoor table and seating for 8-12 people, is the perfect place to enjoy a barbecue and drinks with your friends and family whilst you watch the sunset at the end of the day and look for a Dolphin View
This luxurious, beautifully decorated 2 storey home with large picture window views of the surrounding water and bushland areas has stairway access both inside and outside of the property. Upstairs is home to a fully equipped kitchen that includes a full size oven with air fryer, fridge with ice maker, Miele dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The open plan area is shared with a dining/living area that has a television (and those amazing views) and is completed with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet.
Downstairs features a generous 3 bedrooms, sitting room, bathroom and second living/kitchen area with washing machine, television and a queen size sofa bed for extra guests (bedding available on application). All bedrooms have USB charging outlets so that you can keep your phones charged for all those photos you will be taking of the memories that you are creating. All linen and bathroom towels are provided to make your stay more relaxing.
The property contains an awesome fish cleaning station with light and water connected and has plenty of room for several cars and boats for the fishing enthusiasts. The large new shed, which contains a professional table tennis table for your enjoyment, can be used to store a boat or your valuable fishing equipment. It also contains a bait freezer and a hose to wash down your boats in the driveway after a great day"s fishing.
