The first floor offers a combination kitchen with dining area, living room, first floor bedroom with two twin beds and full bathroom with shower. There are nice pond views and a ductless split ac unit in the bedroom and the living area.

The second floor has two spacious bedrooms; one with a king bed and one with two double beds. Both have serene pond views and offer a ductless split ac unit in each room.

The backyard has direct pond views and access. And there is a nice deck with dining furniture for afternoon barbeques. The owners set up a ping pong table, corn hole and giant Jenga games outside for your enjoyment while not taking advantage of using the kayak or canoe provided.

Location: The house is located off route 6 directly on Ministers Pond. It is less than a mile to the Cape Cod National Seashore Visitors Center, Cape Cod Bike Trail, Arnold's Clam Bar, and Great Pond. The Wellfleet Cinemas, Mass Audubon, Popular Eastham Restaurants and Shops, Coast Guard Beach, Nauset Light Beach, Campground Beach, First Encounter Beach, and Cooks Brook Beach are all within 3 miles. Orleans Center, Nauset Beach in Orleans and Marconi Beach in Wellfleet are all under 7.5 miles away.

Amenities include: Electric Range, Dishwasher, Drip Coffee Maker, 1st Floor Washer and Dryer in Kitchen, Wireless Internet, 1 Television with Basic Cable, Gas and Charcoal Grill, Outdoor Furniture, Enclosed Outdoor Shower, and 4 Beach Chairs, Kayak, Canoe, and Life Jackets on site. Sheets and Towels are not provided but linen rental services are available or you can bring your own.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
