One of the few 4-bedroom homes in the portfolio — and the ground-floor king suite makes it a standout for multi-generational groups or anyone who'd rather skip the stairs. This 1,645 sq ft home on Crystal Cove in Emerald Island has 3.5 bathrooms. The layout: a king bedroom with attached bath on the first floor, a second king bedroom with attached bath upstairs, and two more bedrooms with double beds — including a kids' room. The living room's sectional sofa adds flexible lounging space. Sleeps 6 very comfortably, 8 when guests share beds.

Outside your door: the Emerald Island resort's pools, tiki bar, tennis, basketball, and volleyball. Disney and Universal are minutes away.

Pet-friendly, with in-home washer and dryer, a full kitchen (range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender), free high-speed WiFi, and flat-screen cable TVs. Starter coffee and toiletries provided; nearby stores cover longer stays.

Note: the Emerald Island HOA charges a one-time access fee of $20 per car (not needed for Uber/taxi), paid directly to the resort after booking and before arrival.

Arrival: check-in from 5:00 PM. After you sign the rental agreement you'll receive a detailed arrival email with step-by-step directions and entry instructions — please keep it handy on check-in day.

Great stay and excellent management

Manny never disappoints. ALWAYS organized and has the customers interests in mind. Great home with all the amenities . Cant wait to book the next stay!Only downfall, not tragic is the lack of towels and the pool does not have any .Thanks again!!

The location was perfect. It was a beautiful place. The first night we got there and we noticed after walking around the home that our feet and socks were filthy. The cleaning staff definitely needs a refresher on mopping. My granddaughter’s feet were black on the bottom. It made me wonder what else wasn’t cleaned in the home.

The rental looks beat up but the price was worth it. We hardly stayed in the rooms since we were there to go to Disney for the weekend so we only used the property to sleep. It’s definitely average looking but not great.

The place was very comfortable; we stayed for two nights, and the beds were excellent for resting after walking all day in the Disney parks. Communication with the host was quick whenever we had any questions during the booking process. The Emerald Island Resort neighborhood offered excellent privacy, and the area felt very safe; you need authorized key cards to access the two gates. Everything was clean. There were eight of us in my family, and the only suggestion I would make is to replace or repair the dining room chairs, as some were a bit wobbly and could break with any sudden movement. Thank you very much; I would definitely return without hesitation. Highly recommended.

Summer Vacations 12 days

We stayed at that particular location spot on last year. We love that it's so close to everything. Also, we love that the air condition works and that the quest can control the temperature and the beds are comfortable. However, the home lacks the basic things like extra towels for bathing and swimming. We purchased towels at a near by Walmart. Also, its time for an upgrade on the sofa. Overall, the home just needs a little TLC Manny is good with her clients! I recommend this property
