Cozy Historic Beach House in Ocean View by RedAwning
The perfect location only steps away from the beach! Private beach access on
the beautiful Chesapeake Bay located next to the Ocean View Fishing Pier.
Smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, lots of appliances, shady back yard only a few steps
away from the beach! This is a recently acquired historic property that is
still being improved and will become progressively nicer over the summer.
This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house, about 1000 square feet, located about
75 feet from the beach and within close walking distance of a fishing pier and
seasonal rooftop bar and grill. It has 1 queen size bed, 2 twin beds, and a
queen sofa bed in the living room. There is a 50” smart TV in the living room
as well as the larger bedroom and all basic necessities are provided. Air
conditioning is provided by newer window units, and the heating is electric,
with thermostat controlled infrared heaters in each room. Kitchen has basic
cookware and silverware along with a coffee maker, keurig machine, ice maker,
toaster, microwave, stove, and oven. Also provided is a washing machine and
dryer.
Check in: 4 PM or later
Check out: 10 AM, late check out available with payment of late check-out fee.
Pet fee: $100 per stay, only quiet and trained animals are allowed.
No parties or events, guest will be asked to leave if police noise complaint
is made.
