This was a nice place in general and good location. Towels, wash cloths, toilet paper and cooking supplies (pots, pans) were very limited. You may consider bringing your own pillows as these were very thick.For pool access you need to pickup at convention center between 9AM - 5PM and pay a security deposit.

Unmet potential
Our rental was advertised as a new build, however we were highly disappointed in the completion, quality and overall cleanliness of the property. Ceiling fans upstairs did not work, several foot prints were on the walls as soon as you enter the kitchen, multiple wads of hair were found throughout the property, there was apparent coloring on the walls along the stairs, the kitchen sink faucet would not retract, the down stairs shower would leak excessively all the way to the toilet. We were also unable to use the pool that was advertised, which was a requirement for our family when looking to book through VRBO. I received no response from the property owner/manager after reaching out on the 2nd of our 4 day stay regarding the pool situation. The provided cookware and utensils were also very disappointing. Not only were many of them notably dirty with evident left over food residue, the size (and quality) of pans/pots is not sufficient to cook for the number of guests the house is advertised to accommodate (our family of 6, was only half of the suggested accommodation ability listed). The advertisement also did not mention the property was 2 levels, this would have been helpful to know in advance as we were traveling with a 1 year old and could have planned to bring a child safety gate. The motion sensor lights from 2 adjacent houses constantly flashed in the upstairs windows as well as through the sliding glass doors in the living room that offered no curtains for privacy.
