The Space:

We have multiple CozySuites units in this building and each one is unique. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos



This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay.

The Neighborhood:

Locales call the hip, affluent East Market District as NuLu and the best place to stay in Louisville! This neighborhood is a dining hub with eateries spanning upscale New American cuisine to casual BBQ, plus stylish bars pouring craft beer and bourbon. Shops sell vintage clothing, women’s fashion, gourmet eats or restored furniture. Contemporary galleries stay open late for the monthly First Friday Hop street party, with art shows, live music, shopping and street food.



Getting Around:

The building is a simple on-off the highways. For local excursions, hop on the LouLift – a free, electric bus fleet with onboard wifi that services 4th Street, downtown shopping district, and beyond. Uber and Lyft are never far. For the bold, we encourage the use of the dockless scooters!



Other Things to Note:

Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.



Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:

1. 22 years old for out of town guests

2. 25 years old for local guests



No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.



Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.



Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.



Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

The property was located in a very desirable and exciting location. There were plenty of shops and restaurants withing walking distance. The area felt safe, clean, and walkable. The building was clean and quiet. The pool and common room were located very close to the apartment. The apartment was lacking some very basic amenities. Despite being listed as having a pullout sleeper couch the size of the couch would be best appropriate for a child. Also, no linens were provided to turn it into a bed for sleeping. We had to purchase sheets and blankets in order to use it. There was half a roll of paper towels, no sponge for cleaning dishes and there were very limited towels, and hand towels. We were able to use the washer to clean the towels to use for the pool. It would be helpful to provide towels to use for the pool. Only having one key pass to access the building was an inconvenience and required advance planning. Overall the space was pleasant, but be prepared to bring supplies to make it more comfortable.

Perfect location. Clean/modern place. Great communication with owner. Safe/secure parking garage only for residents. Would absolutely stay here again.

Nice Place To Stay

We had an extended weekend in Louisville, the stay here was great. It did have a pack and play which was very helpful. I feel like the overall cleanliness of the apartment was good. Under the chairs didn’t seem to have been clean, but overall we were happy with the cleanness. There were towels left in the dryer, so before I could use the dryer - I did need to fold them and put away which sucked because we were pressed on time. The pool was awesome, and location was great. It was nice having the car parked in the garage. The last 2 days of our stay, the elevator did not work. Which was very disappointing - they didn’t have a sign up or anything. It made it hard navigating and loading up the car considering we had a double stroller, bike and little children in the apartment with us.

Great place in a great place

This apartment was amazingly large and perfect for a weekend getaway. The building itself is lovely with great amenities like a pool and lounge area. It's located in a cute neighborhood with plenty of amazing restaurants and bars all within walking distance. I would definitely rent again if I returned to the area.
