Our three well-appointed bedrooms offer an utterly relaxing, home-away-from-home experience. Two bedrooms feature comfortable queen-sized beds and the third room offers a tri-bunk with double and a single bed, ensuring everyone has a cosy place to rest after a day of seaside adventures. The entire living space is tastefully adorned with an enchanting mix of modern and rustic charm.

A single, spacious bathroom serves this holiday rental. It is equipped with a soothing bath tub, a standalone shower, and high-quality bath linens. .

The rental provides a cosy lounge with a big-screen television for your entertainment, as well as complimentary WiFi. It's perfect for those days where you just feel like sprawling on the couch and catching up on episodes of your favourite series.

Our inviting dining room and fully-equipped kitchen make at-home-dining a breeze. An outdoor patio with tasteful furniture, overlooking the verdant garden area, is the perfect set up for late afternoon barbecues, courtesy of our available gas BBQ.

For a day of fun and relaxation, the shimmering beaches are just around the corner, as are a slew of shops and restaurants offering mouthwatering local fare. The property also comes with two car parking spaces and is a ground-floor rental, offering ease of access. Pets are permitted at this property, but they must adhere to the pet rules or fees may apply.

The property is also located close to the Busselton Hospital and other medical offices.

Additional note:
- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection. 
- ID of the primary guest is required prior to check-in.
- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.

This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
