Great location! Walking distance to several bars and restaurants. We even used the grills close to the condo for a couple of meals. Enjoyed our little two week getaway from the “ice” and cold weather in Minnesota.

Paradise Valley

Nice condo unit. The facility is a little older but this unit has some nice updates. It is close to anything you need, with restaurants and stores all within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay!

The place was fine except that the hot water did not work properly in the primary tub/shower and the other tub was dirty.

While their stay was uneventful and they left the property in decent condition, there was no communication from them throughout their visit. For future stays, a bit of interaction, even just a quick check-in message, would be appreciated. It helps us ensure that everything is going well and allows us to address any potential issues promptly. Overall, their stay was satisfactory, but better communication could enhance the experience for both parties.

One night in Scottsdale

The place was in a good location, within walking distance of grocery stores and restaurants. The apartment was clean.We stayed at the beginning of March, so the water in the shared pool was still cold (not heated). It would have been nice to know ahead of time. There were ping-pong tables and a corn hole game outside, but we were not able to use them as we didn't have tools (balls, paddles, corn bags). Hot tub was working. Overally, good place to stay over night, but going there with kids having something to do there, I would pick a different place. Also, I think the place was expensive for what it offered in comparison to other places we stayed in Scottsdale, AZ.
