The Space:
This stunning home is located along the Chalk Sound National Park, where you’ll be surrounded by lush, tropical nature and breathtaking turquoise waters. The home is bright, spacious and well-equipped, providing a welcoming haven in Turks & Caicos. Between outings and trips to the beach, which is just steps away, you can relax in the pool and soak up the warm sun’s rays on cushioned lounge chairs.

For downtime at home, the formal sitting area features a lovely sofa and a Smart TV, and the second sitting area is bathed in natural light featuring a plush sofa. The fully-equipped kitchen has lots of counter space for easy meal prep, modern appliances, and everything you’ll need to prepare meals at home. To enjoy a sit-down meal, there’s a dining table to seat all 8 in the group, or if you prefer to dine al fresco with a view, there’s a dining table to seat 6 on the patio. If you like grilling, there’s a gas BBQ on the shaded part of the pool-level patio. As an added convenience, there’s a washer and dryer in the home.

When it’s time to rest and recharge, there are 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms to accommodate 8 guests. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit, ceiling fans, and Smart TVs. The master suite has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a jetted spa tub, a walk-in shower, double sinks, a giant walk-in closet, and direct access to the balcony. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, and bedroom 3 has a queen bed.

The Neighborhood:
This gorgeous property is located on the west side shores of Chalk Sound National Park, where you’ll be about a 5-minute drive from Taylor Bay Beach and Sapodilla Bay Beach. The location of the property is one of the most tranquil and serene areas, but no worries, you’ll be within about a 15-minute drive to Providenciales, where you’ll find water activities such as snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing, kayaking, and paddleboarding, the Provo Golf Club, dining and shopping. Inside the home, you’ll find a guidebook to help you plan your days in paradise.

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 11.4 km or 7.1 mi from the Providenciales International Airport (PLS). A rental car is recommended, and there is parking space at the property.

Other Things to Note:
Please, note that upon booking, you will receive a link to complete our registration form and upload a copy of the ID of all adult guests staying at the property through our secure guest portal. This is a standard procedure for all reservations and must be completed at least 24 hours prior to check-in.

Please note that the owner lives on the premises. However, you will have complete privacy and full use of the home during your stay.

There is a spiral staircase inside the home.

There is no daily housekeeping, but a mid-stay cleaning can be arranged with prior notice for a fee.

Turks and Caicos is going through a decrease in the water supply. This means that the water pressure can sometimes be affected when the reservoir levels are low. Water shortages can happen throughout the day.

Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

We kindly ask all guests to please abide by these HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 11 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.
- Pets are not allowed.
There is an electricity fee of $100 USD for stays longer than 28 nights. Electricity costs are notably high in Turks and Caicos, so please be aware of your consumption by turning off lights and air conditioning when you aren't home.
