Everything was very clean and the house had everything we needed to be comfortable. It was also a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located for quick trips to town. We would definitely stay there again.

Fran was great to deal with. The house is easy to get to and was easy to park our boat. Very short drive to the boat ramp, DG and grocery store. There is a nice deck for enjoying the early mornings or evenings, but a table only big enough for 2 outside. Small propane grill. Fairly well stocked kitchen, both with cookware and a few basic spices. Little things that didn't effect our stay, but could have been better: yard wasn't mowed, flower beds were overgrown. Just didn't help the appearance. Fran was nice enough to apologize for this oversight.
