Guest access:
Only restricted areas: small cleaning closet in bathroom, mechanical room door located to the left directly when you step into the suite floor, both doors will be locked.

Great stay — clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Loved the heated bathroom floor, and the host was very accommodating with a late checkout. Would definitely stay again!

The suite was beautiful! It was exactly as described on the listing. It was easy to find and ample street parking. Very close to several amenities and public transportation. We enjoyed the stay. Will recommend to family and friends for any future visits.

Short vacation

We had a pleasant stay at this property. Easy to locate and very close to amenities and most especially our area of interest.The property is clean, well kept, and stylish. We loved it and will surely come back for any other visits in Edmonton.Highly recommend this place.

Wonderful suite

I stayed here with friends over a weekend and we absolutely loved the space. It was large and spacious with a nice couch where we could sit and watch Netflix. The beds were super comfy and the bathroom is massive! Check in was hassle free and coming and going from this central location to explore Edmonton was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice little suite

We had a short stay in Edmonton and wanted to be near the U of A. This suite was a quick drive to campus, and was located in a nice area with a park nearby. The basement suite is totally renovated just as the pictures show and well-appointed for what you need during your stay. The owner was very responsive to our questions.

Great 2 bedroom suite. Lots of room and light and modern. Heated bathroom floor is awesome. Definitely on the radar for next time.
