Recently remodeled from top to bottom, Sea Star Villa features an updated gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops, brand-new Café appliances, soft-close cabinet hardware, built-in rollouts, updated lighting, and a wine cooler. The open layout and expansive views make this the perfect spot to entertain and create memorable meals with loved ones.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest.

Disappointed in the description of the property. There was 40 stairs to climb to get to the front door which all friends are either in the 80s or 90s. Description did state slight incline and not for people with mobilities. This is not a slight incline. The house had no instructions on How to operate things. The bedrooms in the bottom floor had a terrible musty and body order smell in the bed. The bathtub on the lower floor did not have nonslip materials, which could cause people to fall. Had an issue with the TV cable even after someone came out to fix it, it still was not correct. Place was hard to find had to call the VRVO company to make sure we were in the right place. One of my friends did not go out due to going up and down the 40 steps. We will not rent this house again.

Was a beautiful house but driveway was steep and very loose gravel we were on motorcycles and we had one of our bikes go down no one was hurt but unsafe. I wouldn't recommend to anyone that has trouble with stairs because driveway is very far from house and they had a lift for groceries and belongings but was instructed it was not for guests to use so many trips up and down stairs with luggage and groceries for our stay will not be returning.

Stunning rental! Gorgeous kitchen and primary bed & bath. You will be sad to leave. Beautiful sweeping view of the ocean. Central location next to D River. Be aware for possible mobility issues: there are a flight or so of stairs to get to the house.

Had a wonderful time with the family. We loved the beautiful views of the ocean. The house was well stocked with modern conveniences. I appreciated that the host was quick to respond to an onsite issue. The only challenging thing was finding the parking.

Beautiful home with a lot of stairs

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The beach is within walking distance with a somewhat tiring hike uphill to get back to the house. The master suite is beautiful and the king bed was very comfortable. The deck was fantastic for visiting and enjoying the view. Be prepared for lots of stairs! We only had two complaints: the downstairs rooms had noise from hwy 101 traffic and the kitchen had regular wandering ants. Hosts were helpful, friendly and prompt when we needed assistance.

The climb is worth it!

This place is amazing! Clean and comfortable. Highly recommend! Notes - the stairs are a lot and are not the best for going up and down all day. But with the view and kitchen you never really need to leave. The upstairs room does not have a door and you can hear everything downstairs. It wasn’t bad but just had to adjust our sleeping plans. The garbage disposal had to be plugged in to turn on and unplugged to turn off. We had a few questions or issues and the team was absolutely amazing at getting us the help we needed. Also a huge highlight was we saw whales multiple times while sitting on the patio! If you are patient you will definitely see some. We moved the umbrella from the back porch to the front so we could be out there all day.
