Upscale 1900s farmhouse restored! Located in the heart of Texas Hill Country, minutes away from 40+ vineyards, distilleries, breweries, Fredericksburg, and historic Luckenbach, this home is the perfect place to "get away from it all" and enjoy the best Texas Wine Country offers. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a sleeper sofa and a gorgeous outdoor space including a hot tub, fire pit, propane grill, and string lights! Wifi throughout the home and TV equipped with Roku. Relaxation after a fun-filled day. Our recently-restored upscale farmhouse is located in a charming neighborhood near the Pedernales River and features luxury sheets, 3-inch memory foam mattress toppers, high-speed Wifi, central heat/AC, and a smart TV. The farmhouse kitchen is stocked with utensils, a Ninja blender, slow-cooker, and 12-person coffee pot (and much more). Outdoor seating surrounds a hot tub and fire pit, encouraging making mouth-watering s'mores and unforgettable memories. Fredericksburg is a quick car ride away. We are available via phone call or text throughout your stay. You are welcome to reach out with any questions, comments, or concerns. Surrounded by mature Oak and Pecan trees, this charming and quiet neighborhood welcomes you home for a relaxing stay and fun-filled adventures. The outdoor seating around the fire pit and hot tub encourage you and your group to enjoy a glass of your favorite drink under the stars after an unforgettable day in the heart of Texas Hill Country. The Pedernales River is a 1/4 mile walk down the street. It is recommended that guests bring a vehicle with them so they can get out and explore the surrounding area. There are also several ride-shares in the area, but make sure to book ahead!

Great weekend!

Perfect location for visiting wineries on the strip. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and overall house was nicely renovated. Would definitely stay again!

Christmas get away

We stayed for Christmas and it was lovely. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. The location is great and very close to tons of winery's. The host is a wonderful communicator!

Great gettaway weekend!

This is a nice house and a great location. You are basically in between all the good stuff! Garrison Brothers, Wineries, Fredrisksburg, etc. We went to Enchanted rock which is just over 30 minutes away for a great morning hike. Great place and will stay again! Thanks!

Getaway

We decided to do the wine tasting and visit Fredericksburg for a weekend getaway. We went Thursday-Sunday and had the best time. The house was absolutely perfect and loved the hot tub. The owner was super nice and helped with everything along the way even allowed us to check in a bit early. Would most DEFINITELY recommend this house🙂 thank you!!

Amazing getaway spot in the heart of the Texas wine country

We could not have been more pleased with our stay. The house is adorable, comfortable, spotlessly clean and organized. We cooked and it was well equipped. It was close to a ton of wineries and just a couple miles from the LBJ state/national park which we all really enjoyed. The hot tub, fire pit, comfy beds, soft towels, hot water and a coffee bar really made our stay. We can’t wait to come back and spend more time at the Blue Haus!

Surprise Girl's Weekend

We had such an amazing weekend! My best friend and I surprised our moms for a girl's weekend and we had an absolute blast. The blue Haas was a perfect choice! We absolutely loved every inch of this house. It was so nice to sit in the living room and remanence about the good ole days. We are looking forward to coming back to Fredericksburg and we will definitely stay here again!

Cute little house

The house is so well decorated. Love the little old home renovated design. Bed and bedding was great with one small exception (not enough to change the 5 star rating tough) the pillows were brand new and had the foam strips in them, but they were packed so full that they were like a rock!! The bathrooms and showers were so clean and had shampoo, conditioner, and body soap dispensers. The kitchen is lovely and well stocked with dishes. Great Frig as well. We also really enjoyed the hot tub! Just a great, quiet place to stay located halfway between Johnson City and Fredericksburg!

A Perfect Place to Call Home for a Weekend

This darling home was a perfect place for our guests to stay while in town for an event. The home is beautifully decorated & thoughtfully appointed with every necessity! The owners are delightful & had excellent communication with us throughout the stay. If you’re in the Hill Country, this is a perfect place to stay!

Love the Little Blue House!

It was such a lovely homey place! Michelle and Aqueel have everything set up to perfection for us. It was much more spacious and comfortable than the pictures showed. We had a fantastic time and they continually checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. Thank you!!! We will definitely come back!!!

Wonderful cottage. Beautiful decor. Mattresses were the only issue. They sink in a bit.

Other than mattresses, it's a restful, lovely place. We felt at peace and well stocked.

Great stay!

We really loved hanging out in the backyard by the fire pit and in the hot tub! The house was supplied with everything we needed and it was very clean and comfortable. It was nice to be in a country setting near Fredericksburg, but outside of the hustle and bustle.

The Blue Haus was perfect for our family while at a wedding in Stonewall!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Blue Haus! Our young kids enjoyed the hot tub while the adults sat around the fire pit and talked. It is really close to William Chris and Garrison Brothers but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Fredericksburg.
