  • Beautiful Home, Central Location

"As a first time visitor to Austin this home was perfect for the large group I was with. The house was beautiful and very clean. We were a short cab or long walk to 6th Street and Rainey street. Overall everyone had a great stay and Amber was a very accommodating and gracious host."

  • Wonderful House!

"I just returned from a three day stay at Palm Villa at Lake LBJ with my family. I cannot say enough good things about this house and property! I am adding this house to my favorites and definitely hope to return. The lake view is beautiful and the house was spotless when we checked in. The owner went above and beyond in terms of ensuring the house was clean and prepared for our arrival. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The dining area and living room views are stunning. The bedrooms are nicely furnished but comfortable, perfect for families. Bathrooms were spotless, and the kid's room with 2 beds did come in very handy with our small children staying in the house. The water trampoline and slide next to the boat dock was a great bonus! The area is simply perfect with lake views. We saw wildlife every time we drove into the neighborhood, especially deer. The house has beautiful windows, which made watching them from the house easy and enjoyable. My kids loved watching the baby deer walking so close to them. Although we didn't try the food from the nearby restaurants, I loved that there are stores and restaurants within a few of miles from the house giving us the luxury of shopping and dining out if we chose too. We will save that for another trip! I only wish that we had had enough time to do more exploring. I recommend this house to families, friends, and couples of all ages!"

  • Quiet Getway

"After living in Austin for the past two years, the "centrally located" description of the Treehouse Studio is spot on. Minutes away from up-and-coming neighborhoods, and old staples—I was able to have a great weekend reprieve connecting with dear friends and taking in the every-changing Austin. Kim provides a great compilation of things to do, and their home is also super close to one of the two major roadways that cuts through the city. This would be a great place to stay for ACL or SxSW, because it is the perfect retreat after a long day of festivities. It is incredibly quiet and peaceful and super close to one of my favorite coffee shops: Cherrywood Coffeehouse. EnJOY!"

  • Beautiful Home!

"I took my mom, sister, grandma, cousin and wife along with other family members out here for Mother's Day Weekend. We were all thoroughly impressed. My nieces kept saying, this place is awesome! It is located literally on top of the water. The owner's boat is parked below the house in the water boat garage. The views are the best in Horseshoe Bay. You have a direct view of the lake and the light house through the floor to ceiling windows. Linens and beds were all very comfortable and the place was clean. We parked our pontoon boat on to the boat dock for the entire weekend."
