  • Look no further, y'all.

"My wife and I booked the Beau dogtrot for a hill/wine country weekender, and I'm impressed with ourselves that we had the willpower to go back home. Seriously... this place is really hard to leave. I can confirm that the other 5 star reviews are full of scientific facts - quiet location, pristinely kept, super comfortable (applies to both the vibe and all of the furnishings, indoors & out), and well-managed. The drive to and from town is quick and easy, as is checking in & out. We'll definitely be back!"

  • Champagne was perfect!

"Charming cabin just outside of the downtown area was perfect for a weekend getaway. There was a coffee cake waiting for us on the coffee table. The area was spacious and very clean! It was very quiet and there are 4 tasting rooms on site for your convenience. We would highly recommmend this to anyone looking to relax for a long weekend! There is a fireplace and a television if you just want to chill but we did not use them."

  • Excellent Location!

"We rented this guest house as well as the main house and together it was a five star experience. However as a previous reviewer stated, the only reason for a 4 star versus 5 star was the bathroom. The shower is a triangle shaped space and a little taxing to use, but still usable. The hosts are wonderful (even though we didn't see them) and had delightful treats welcoming us to the unit. If we needed a space again for as many folks as we had, we would definitely stay here again! The hideabed couch was very comfortable as was the luxurious king bed in the upstairs. Main street is very close and the access to everything on it is an easy easy walk. Thumbs up for this location and rental!"

  • Perfect Hill Country homebase in Fredericksburg

"My husband, 18-month-old son and I just stayed two nights at this lovely property and will definitely return the next time we visit Fredericksburg. We were planning a short getaway to the the area to hike Enchanted Rock, visit Luckenbach and take advantage of all downtown Fredericksburg has to offer. This little house had everything we needed, plus some: a centralized-yet-quiet location on a street that backs up to ranch property, a quaint back porch/yard area that my son enjoyed running around in and my husband and I enjoyed relaxing in once he was asleep, an actual bathtub in the updated bathroom (a plus for traveling with little ones!), and any modern amenity you need. The bonus was having sheep and cattle in the surrounding properties, which my son thought was pretty cool! It was great being a hop, skip and a jump away from so many Hill Country activities while being able to come home to such a relaxing environment. Highly recommended!"
