Lots of spots to sit for different tasks throughout the apartment. Between cooking, eating, reading, watching movies and doing my nails, I enjoyed them all. Owner was also very responsive to messages. And I loved walking through the park and into the shopping district.

Apartment is decorated creatively w inspiring art.It's a separate apartment w its own entrance..A beautiful bathroom w a soaker tub..And a separate kitchen..It w scrupulous clean...And I left it the same way...I think it's so important to honour your host or hostess...and to leave it clean and tidy.The homeowner messaged me that morning...and told me that she'd just put salt down..And to be careful..Namaste,Lynda

Amazing location

Cindy is an awesome person. The location is fantastic and the sheet of recommendations she provided are excellent as well! The property is super close to a beautiful park with the Boathouse dtk which had great beer and food. Next time I am in the kitchener area I would definitely stay with Cindy!

Cozy apartment

I was in Kitchener for work and really appreciated downtown location for walkability, good kitchen, lots of hot water, very clean and cozy. It is a basement, so you might not want to spend much daytime there, but i highly recommend

This apartment was modern, clean and tidy and comfortable. There is a clean fully equipped kitchen. I appreciated the lighting as it is a basement space with smaller windows. The bed was comfortable and the bed sitting area was a good size. The host was easy to communicate with and was accommodating. I would stay here again.

Such a wonderful place and so close to Victoria Park

Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures! The place was all I hoped it would be. This is my first time using a rental program and Cindy was wonderful right from the start answering any questions I had. The whole process was so easy. This is a great place to stay for a couple visiting Kitchener. Cindy was an excellent host and provided everything we needed. Parking was excellent as we had use of the whole driveway. For anyone having to visit St Mary's Hospital, this place is only a 5 minute drive. Thanks again Cindy for everything right down to the chocolates on the pillow. Deb & Larry (we will surely book again if needed)
