the condo is very dated. The sofas and beds are worn out. Very few towels available. No soap or shampoos. Shower curtains are moldy, didn’t take a shower due to no soaps and mold. Ice maker did not work. The unit was kinda gross.

The location was good and convenient to everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed our stay with some exceptions We were able to access the unit as instructed but had to text and ask for a parking permit that was supposed to be left on the counter. We noticed that there were crumbs all over the floor in the living room and kitchen in which my daughter swept up. The living room furniture also could use a good cleaning. The carpets in both bedrooms are stained black in the path of where you would walk. I noticed mold on the bottom of the shower curtains in each bathroom and in the bathroom to the back of the unit, the tub is grungy. The stove has all four burners with crusted burnt on spillage. A little elbow grease from the housekeeping and the right products could probably get this off. The tables outside were also dirty. The elevator was either out of order or just being put in. I’m not sure which but the tenants on the upper floors were very rude and noisy going up and downstairs with their luggage. There was also a family with four kids that allowed their kids to run up and down the outside hallway. I know this is not an issue that you can prevent, but people need to understand to be courteous of others.

This place was spacious, affordable, clean, and right across the road from the beach. Took us 3 mins to get to the water with a 10 yr old and 3 yr old. It was easy to find, sits right on the side of the main road. It has an easy balcony walk to the pool, or a sidewalk walk to the pool, which is gated and very nice. There are steps side to side on shallow end of pool. Easy for littles to sit and play. Hot tub on deep end. They also have showers outside the gates for rinsing off sand when coming from the beach. The rooms were nice, beds were comfy. We were very pleased with our stay and will be staying again in the future! Super convenient to stores and restaurants as well!!

Great location for fireworks

The property is very nice because it’s not too big so the pool is never overcrowded. It’s family friendly. The only thing I would recommend is it needs some updating and the cleaning people need to do a lot better job but overall it was a good stay.

Family vacation

Best trip we have had in a while. Location is perfect! I loved it being first floor you could get in and out with ease, so much room for our 4 kids. Pool was great and beach is right across the road. All restaurants are close! Property has everything you need!

Location was great but no guest wants to walk into a unit that needs a good cleaning. In the master alone , the toilet paper holder was off the wall , the exhaust fan didn't work, one lamp was burnt out, one globe light bulb over the sink was out. Dead battery's in the two remotes, dust 1/8 inch on ceiling fan and the carpets need cleaning. The washer/dryer was never fixed. We were there a month and half.

The worst condo room we have experienced

Initially we walked it and thought the room was cute. Once we got in and started unloading is when we started noticing problems. There were several things not cleaned including hair in the bathtubs, freezer and fridge not wiped out, dirty under garments behind dressers and bed spreads stained. There were also several things broken. Chairs at the bar, blinds over balcony door, a plug in without outlet covers that was very wobbly in the wall its self. Pacifiers and combs left behind nightstands. Another big issues was absolutely no furniture on the patio to enjoy the view.

Great stay

My family was in Gulf shores for baseball for a week. We loved the condo and the location. Right across from the beach and a short walk to all of the action!
