Had the best stay at 301C! Very clean, spacious, and only a short walk to the beach. The condos were quiet, not crowded, and we got to see turtles & alligators in the water behind the property. The beds and couches were comfortable, and there were plenty of quilts/throw blankets in case we needed them.I would 100% stay here again!

Lagoon View at Romar Lakes

Location! Location! Quiet 3rd floor corner unit. Quiet complex. Great view of lagoon off the spacious deck. Plenty of space for family of 6. Publix and shopping nearby. Easy access to beach across street. Baths and kitchen could use a little upgrade, but overall no issues, easy check in and out. Management very organized and communication was great! Have stayed in this complex before, would stay again, and would recommend.

Great location and fun

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked for a world series tournament. The team played at the Foley Sportsplex and it ended up being about a 30 minute drive to the park. The condo was great, super quiet. Loved watching the deer, gators and birds off the back porch. The outside closet is fully stocked with beach toys, floats, boogie boards so no need to buy before your trip. Even tropical storm Bertha couldn't ruin our stay. Took a windy walk on the beach and found some amazing shells. The cross walk makes crossing the busy street safe. The boardwalk is a short walk down once you cross the street. Would definitely stay again!
