Vous apprécierez le sable blanc de sucre et les belles eaux du golfe du Mexique d'un côté et Little Lagoon de l'autre. Les deux options offrent l'endroit idéal pour vous détendre, attraper quelques rayons et vous d��tendre. Au complexe, vous pourrez profiter de la piscine, du bain à remous, des courts de tennis, du jeu de palets et des zones de grillades! Il y a aussi une rampe de mise à l'eau, des glissades et un parking pour votre remorque à bateau. Le Wi-Fi est disponible dans toutes les parties communes, y compris la piscine, les quais et la plage. Profitez des nombreux restaurants à moins de cinq kilomètres, ainsi que des boutiques de souvenirs. Quoi que vous choisissiez de faire, nous sommes sûrs que vous allez vous amuser et vous faire de nombreux souvenirs!

Cette unité est entièrement meublée avec des draps frais et dispose d'une cuisine bien équipée pour votre usage. Le salon comprend un canapé-lit queen-size et une télévision avec DVD. Les deux chambres ont un lit queen pour vous détendre après une belle journée sur la plage ou profiter des autres excellents équipements que le complexe a à offrir. Les nouveaux propriétaires ont mis à jour tous les lits, y compris le canapé-lit avec des matelas neufs. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse superposées dans l'unité pour votre commodité.

Nous nous réjouissons de vous faire profiter de vos vacances avec nous et nous savons que vous en ferez plein de souvenirs.

Toute réservation effectuée avant le 1er octobre pour la saison d'hiver (janvier et février) nécessite un minimum de 60 jours (deux mois). The beds were comfortable. Space was small in living room. Balcony was great. HVAC does not keep up with sun warmth or humidity. It was spring so we were fine. In august it would be too hot.

Midwestern mother/daughter duo traveling for warmth during spring break. This unit is small, but very cute and comfortable with a great view of the pool area and lagoon. We sat out on the balcony often to enjoy the weather and the view. The comfortable beds and ceiling fans were appreciated after long days in the sun. We didn’t use the kitchen appliances other than the refrigerator, but everything seemed to be in working order. We never got the WiFi to work but didn’t need it, so this wasn’t a problem for us. The grounds were immaculate, and the pool area was very inviting. We really enjoyed the easy access to the beach by walking across the street, and the short drive to some of the area attractions. A note about parking: while the description says “parking available,” your unit rental does not include the association’s parking fee (30 for our stay). We arrived after the office had closed, so we struggled to find any information about this until the next day. There are signs in the elevators, but we had been under the impression that parking was included. This was likely covered if you arrive during “guaranteed check-in time.” Our travel plans just didn’t allow for that. Not a huge deal, but not easily understood until you find a human to talk to. All-in-all, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Great vacation spot.

We had a really good time. Enjoyed the pool and the private beach. The only things that could have been a little better was the overall upkeep of the room and the bedrooms were really small in the condo that we stayed in, but overall we were very pleased with the property and had a great time.

Spring break 2019

Cute little condo with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The condo complex is nice, and the pool and dock area are great. The condo staff is very friendly, as is the property management company. We are looking forward to future trips!

The pull out bed and one of the queen beds were both horribly uncomfortable. There wasn't even soap to use, we had to buy all toiletries. We expected to buys some but no soap even? This condo is by the elevator so you have to listen to it all day.

We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. You are not provided with toiletries such as soap and shampoo, you were sent a list of things it is recommended you bring because they are not provided. You are also given starter paper towels, toilet paper,dish soaps and laundry soaps, but you need to purchase any additional you may need for your stay. Most people want to be close to the elevator for ease of entry, but we can understand if you found that to be an issue. As for the beds, we have had people rave about those mattresses, but unfortunately this is a subjective subject and not all mattresses are equally comfortable for all people. We hope that you will stay with us again and we can find a unit that better fits your needs.

Great location

I stayed here with my husband and two boys ages 6 and 2. We loved that the resort had a kids pool which was fenced in. We also enjoyed the small beach area at the lagoon. The kids found lots of crabs! Also the private dock was awesome and my husband and oldest caught a few fish! We only wish the weather cooperated a bit more. It had a perfect location just far enough down the main strip away from all the spring breakers. Easy access to the beach across the street. I'm glad I brought laundry detergent as it was nice having a private washer and dryer. Definitely bring more than one roll of toilet paper if you plan on staying more than 3 days. Definitely read the list of what to bring with you. Garbage bags are helpful as well. If I did have to say anything negative it would be the comfort of the beds. I understand to each their own with the opinion of comfort, but if you have any kind of back problems this one might not be for you. They were very "creaky" if that's the correct term for it. We tossed and turned all night. Also the light switch in the kitchen (above the table) might need to be replaced. It worked only 1 time. But other than that it was very pleasant. We loved being right by the elevator with the kids and having the garbage shoot right next to us. Thank you for renting to us!

Small, sweet and to the point.

We really wanted an affordable, beachside place to stay and this hit the nail on the head. We were just across the street and walked to the beach daily. Condo was small but tidy and had everything we needed for our stay withought having to pay for the extras we didn't need. Some of the lights/switches didn't work quite right but other than that no complaints. Our kids loved the pool as Much as the beach as well. Beautiful view of the pool and lagoon and walking distance to the beach! We hope to stay here again next year!

great condo!

We really enjoyed our five night stay in this condo a few weeks ago! We came to Gulf Shores on a family vacation and felt that this condo was perfect for us. It has a great view from the balcony of the very nice pool area. It is also right across the street from the beach, a very short easy few minute walk. It is also only a few minutes drive to. The Hangout and other popular Gulf Shores attractions.we plan to stay st this condo again when we return to Gulf Shores next year!
