Village house fully restored, at the waterfront in the heart of the regional park

The village of Peyriac de Mer is located in the heart of the Regional Park of Narbonne in the Mediterranean. It benefits from an exceptional environment at the edge of Bages, the Doul and the Corbières massif. Fishing village and wineries and yet close to the great beaches of the coast he managed to escape the mass tourism and keep its authenticity.
The house is located in the village with views of the nearby saline and enjoying the back of calm and freshness typical carrierrettes. Fully restored with care in 2013, it combines contemporary style with traditional elements of Languedoc (stone walls, beams, old Genoese ...).
The second floor has been transformed into a large living room, with a nice view of the square 'Foyer' and salt. It bordered with its petanque is just 40 meters from the house.
One of carrierrettes side rooms has a terrace suitable for relaxing in the quiet of the medieval streets.
The house has WIFI.
The secure and family beach Doul is only 3km.
Kite enthusiasts, windsurfing, kayaking and sailing can also test many spots nearby. Sailing basics La Nautique or Port Mahon for example about ten km

Ein wunderbarer Süd-Frankreich Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub hier verbracht mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Teenagern. Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben. Sehr schön am Dorfplatz gelegen. Man kann jeden Morgen einen tollen Spaziergang um die Salinen machen. Das Haus ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Peyriac de Mer gibt einem das Gefühl von Frankreich, wie man es sich wünscht. Ich kann diesen Ort & das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Perfekter Sommerurlaub

Wir hatten mit 5 Personen einen sehr schönen 2 wöchigen Urlaub in dem Objekt. Die Lage ist sehr schön und idyllisch in einem kleinen Dorf. Eben etwas abseits der Touristenhochburgen - und damit genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Gleich um die Ecke ist ein Bäcker und auch eine kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeit - auch Restaurants, wo man gut Essen kann. Der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr freundlich - und auch an dem Ferienhaus an sich gab es kaum etwas auszusetzen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Abends/Nachts auf dem kleinen Balkon in der angenehmen Wärme über der kleinen Gasse zu sitzen, hat schon etwas besonderes. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert.

un agréable séjour

Une maison bien décorée et aménagée, à l'isolation idéale, malgré des chaleurs spectaculaires non avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement est très bien restauré. Peyriac un petit village charmant où nous aimons nous ressourcer. La proximité de l'étang, des petits restos à quelques pas du logement (sans nuisance sonores), nous ont régalé. A refaire ;+)

Bliss by the ponds

We absolutely loved our stay and hope to get back there soon. Great house located in a lovely small village close to everything else you might want. From the house itself to the bike rides around the ponds everything was fantastic.

Sehr angenehme Lage.

Das Objekt ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Check-In mit der Dame vor Ort verlief sehr einfach. Ein Bäcker ist direkt um die Ecke sowie 2 Restaurants und eine Bar. Das Dorf ist sehr gemütlich. 50m von dem Haus entfernt ist direkt ein großer Botcher Platz. Zum Meer muss man mit dem Auto fahren, was aber nicht weiter schlimm ist. Das nötigste zum Einkaufen bekommt man 100m um die Ecke Alles in Allem war es ein super Urlaub. Wir würden diese Unterkunft definitiv noch mal buchen.

Wunderschöner Ort zum entspannen

Das Haus ist wirklich wunderbar, mit Blick auf den See in einem kleinen Ort. Im Haus sind drei Schlafzimmer, eins davon ist jedoch nur durch die Garage zugänglich. Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche sind mit einer Klimaanlage herrlich kühl und man hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Peyriac hat sehr viele nette Menschen und Lokale, so das vor Ort eigentlich immer etwas erlebt werden kann. An den Stränden am See (ca. 8 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad) oder in Leucate am Mittelmeer (ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto) kann man wunderbar schwimmen. Und wer lieber in die Stadt will kann nach Narbonne oder Carcassonne fahren.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft

So ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem, was man benötigt. Die malerische Landschaft konnten wir mit den vorhandenen Fahrräder direkt erkunden. Der Wanderweg liegt auch direkt vor der Tür. Wir haben es als Familie mit 3 Kindern sehr genossen.

Belle maison de village à la déco moderne

La maison est tout à fait conforme à l’annonce (mise à part l’emplacement des 2 lits simples, dans la chambre du rdc et non dans la chambre de l’étage avec balcon, comme on le voit sur les photos), propre et rénovée avec beaucoup de goût (mélange d’ancien avec les pierres apparentes dans le salon et de moderne avec le mobilier et les objets de déco). Elle est idéalement située dans le village (qui a beaucoup de cachet) mais aussi au calme. Elle est très bien équipée. Chaque chambre dispose d’un très grand placard. L’accueil par Françoise s’est très bien déroulé et les contacts durant le séjour très faciles. Un point d’amélioration selon nous aurait été d’avoir des lits doubles plus grands (les 2 lits doubles sont en 140 de large) d’autant que les chambres du 1er étage sont grandes. La maison est sur 3 niveaux, les WC et la salle d’eau sont au premier étage (pas de point d’eau à proximité de la chambre du rdc). Il y a aussi des vélos à disposition dans le garage ! Sympa ! Bref une adresse à recommander.

La maisonnest suoer fonctiinnelle et idealement située, a 2 pas de l'étang et demu coeur de village Tout etait parfait, le seul mini bemol : un tout petit peu sonore par contre, surtout avec de jeunes enfants (il la que peut être une ou 2 portes ?) Merci pour ce we en tout cas, nous reviendrons !!!!

Sehr schönes Haus in einem kleinen Dorf an den Salzsalinen

Das Haus ist sehr schön renoviert und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr nett. Besonders die Lage in dem kleinen Dorf und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu den Salzsalinen, die immer zu einem Spaziergang einladen, hat uns gefallen. Der 3 km entfernte Strand befindet sich bei den Salzsalinen und ist recht klein und das Wasser sehr salzig. Zum offenen Meer und den Stränden zum Beispiel in Narbonne Plage sind es ca. 20 km mit dem Auto. Um die Salzsalinen führen Wanderwege und auch Rundwege mit Blick auf Flamingoschwärme. Der Markt in Narbonne (Donnerstag und Sonntag), direkt an der Markthalle ist empfehlenswert und auch ein Abstecher ins historische Zentrum. Der Afrika Park in Segean ist nicht nur für Familien empfehlenswert und ein Ausflug nach Carcassonne und zur Abbaye Fontfroide ist ebenfalls toll. Eine Fahrt ins Landesinnere zum Zufluss des d`or und das Baden in den Bergbächen sind besonders im Sommer empfehlenswert. Achtung: Der Bäcker und der kleine Laden im Dorf sind Montagmorgen geschlossen. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Erholsame Tage auf dem Land

Das Stadthaus ist empfehlenswert - die Ausstattung modern und gut! Einzige Nachteile - deshalb auch nicht die volle Sternzahl - es gibt zwar einen Flachbildfernseher, allerdings empfängt dieser ausschließlich über Dachantenne(!) einige französische TV-Sender; ein Radio oder eine Musikanlage wären auch toll gewesen! An die Breite der Betten - alle französisches Maß - muss man sich gewöhnen.

Sehr schönes Ambiente. In einem niedlichen Ort

Wir haben 14 Tage in den Sommerferien in diesem wunderbar renovierten Haus verbracht. Die Lage ist Ideal um Strände und Städte in der Umgebung zu erobern! Ein besonderer Dank gilt : Louise Ardell! Sie hat uns herzlich und liebevoll betreut! Vielen herzlichen Dank, nochmal! Der kleine Ort bietet einen Bäcker, einen kleinen Supermarkt, die Post, Restaurants, eine Weinhandlung. Flamingos, Fischreiher etc, sind direkt in den Salinen zu sehen, die gemütlich zu Fuß über den Steg zu kleinen Spatziergängen einladen. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder dieses Ferienhaus buchen! Eine klare Empfehlung! Vielen Dank
