Birthday weekend
location was great, beautiful home. It was really dirty though, dust and grime everywhere. A few big nasty cockroaches would roam through the kitchen, no gas in the bbq. No soap in any of the showers. Check in was in town and no simple lock box for check out.

Dear Guest,
Thank you for taking the time to provide us your feedback. We ask our guests to reach out to us whilst in the property for any concerns so we have a fair & reasonable opportunity to rectify any issues getting your holiday back on track asap & we ask for photo evidence. All of our properties clearly state they are self contained & list all amenities provided. Some properties supply soap & some do not, being advertised as self contained means guests are responsible to supply thier own items. Should you have reached out about any cleaning issues we would have loved to address with you. We offer 24hr reservations, after hours service, maintenance, local trades, staff & cleaners. Our water front properties can attract more sand & dust & are therefore on regular spring cleaning rosters. Our properties that offer BBQ's have a 'swop n go' set up in Port Stephens & if guests need to swop a bottle during their stay they simply supply us with the receipt on departure for a full refund, however I understand you did call us to do that for you & I am pleased our handyman supplied you with a full BBQ gas bottle. Hope to see you again enjoying our beautiful Port Stephens Surrounds.
A fantastic location with direct access to the beach and beautiful views across the bayThe house is in reasonable condition, but it probably does need some looking at some of the detail thingsAs you know, your booking process is a bit painful. You say that on your webpage so you know that I know I had to come back and of course if you come back to the webpage having filled in 90% you’ve gotta restart and given that information on everyone staying there that can take a couple of times to get it right well it did for me anyway. we found the odour in the house overwhelming at first due to the number of smell generators odour generators around the property. We had to take all these out as they were attraction to some of the smaller children and obviously you could be not good for them and we found once we returned them more off the there was no odour in the house. It was a lovely fresh air smell from leaving the doors open so not sure why these are even there. They’re not particularly healthy in any case.
