An excellent stay - conveniently located to Lunenburg and to other attractions in the surrounding area. The unit was clean and worked well for our party of five, and the owner responsive to our inquiries.

We had a lovely stay. The location was walking distance to ‘downtown’ Lunenburg. It’s a lovely old house with all the amenities. Chad was easy to communicate with and was quick to respond. Very pleased all around.

Loved our stay! Spacious apt and comfortable beds. Amazing location, quiet and a short walk to town. 3 min walk to a brewery and cafe with a great view of the bay and lunenberg.

Excellent rental property!

Excellent rental property in a fantastic location for exploring the Lunenberg area. Beds were extremely comfortable, bathroom was spacious, and the sun deck was fantastic. The owner really takes pride in this property, and it shows in all the little and thoughtful attentions to detail. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again.

Great property, great host

We enjoyed our five-day stay in Chad's home with our toddler and some family friends. Property is exactly as described in the listing. It's clean, comfortable and well-located in Lunenburg. Communication with Chad was great, and he was quick to assist us when we had questions. Strongly recommended, we would book this property again.

A few days in Lunenburg

The property had many good features especially the little outdoor patio area. Everything was clean. However, we would have enjoyed it more if we had slept better as we found the air cooling noisy and insufficient and the beds not overly comfortable.

This is a great place to stay in Lunenburg- a short walk to the harbour and the Fisheries Museum and right across the street from a school (great place for kids to play). Check in was easy and the home is cute and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was a BBQ on the deck. The beds were comfy and the laundry facilities were full size. The home is bright and feels spacious and the private deck is a quiet and peaceful spot to relax. We would love to go back.

Lovely, spacious, upstairs living though not suitable for anyone who is challenged by steep stairs, or can’t step out of a high bathtub or maneuver between raised floor thresholds. Light, airy rooms, comfortable beds and peaceful outside deck.

Thank you for your review, it was nice having you, although a 4 star rating simply because of accessibility issues I don't feel is fair given that we make it very clear in the listing that this is a second level suit with a large set of stairs and we actually caution anyone with mobility issues against booking.

Great location for short a stay in Lunenburg.

Perfect place to explore Lunenburg from, short walk to downtown. Main bedroom was very conformable. Outside space was large and very usable. As Chad mentioned there outside stairs, they seem to be steeper than normal, shower is raised. So if you have mobility issues be aware.

Perfect place for our family of 5!

Everything was perfect and all dealings went smoothly! The place was just as advertised! Very clean and well stocked with all we needed. Beds were very comfortable! Nice shower! Loved having the patio to sit outside. The place was spacious and comfortable! Good size TV with cable! A/C in 2 bedrooms and a ceiling fan and screened window in the room with the king size bed. Temperatures outside were 25-26 Celsius and we had comfortable sleeps. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends. Loved it here!

A rather quaint but comfortable Lunenburg house within easy walking distance of Old Lunenburg town. Generally, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Chad responded almost immediately to messages / queries. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. Thank you.

Wir waren 2 Nächte in dieser Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Terrasse hat uns besonders gefallen. Die meisten Räume sind grosszüzig bemessen. Die Aussentreppe zur Eingangstür ist steil, aber zum Glück mit einem Geländer versehen.
