The house was clean and had excellent facilities. Having a pool and tennis court was fantastic, both were used by all of us during our stay. We also played the games and completed two of the jig saw puzzles.

Great property. Loved everything about it. The only thing that let it down a bit was the cleaning. Trundle bedsheets had crumbs all over it, baking tray in oven was covered in used baking paper with scraps & window ledges didn't look like they had been cleaned in ages. Kitchen had no wipes (which I believe should have been included). I still give it 5 stars as the property was perfect & well thought out.

The house was absolutely perfect for our needs and we had loads of family fun & laughs. Will definitely visit again. Please note: having a 2 & 3 yo with us it was disappointing that the pool gate lock is broken, discovered by the 2 year old so we had to tie the gate up. Thankyou for our stay . Natashia

Our name is Professional Holiday Homes and we aim to live up to the word “Professional” in everything we do. The formula for our properties is based on the award winning holiday homes created by our CEO.
Our approach to property management is that we want you to feel that the property is your own for a few days. As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.
What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.
We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.
As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.
