Hi Terry, we’re so glad to hear the home worked well for your family reunion and had the space and supplies needed for a big group! We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We apologize for the inconvenience with the kitchen refrigerator. We’re currently waiting on parts from the warranty company, which has unfortunately taken longer than expected.- We’re glad the garage fridge helped in the meantime and appreciate your understanding.- We also noted your suggestion about serving bowls and will look into adding more to better accommodate future large groups.Thanks for your valuable feedback.

From the owner: Hi Mikhail, we are happy that overall you enjoyed your time in our home.  We're not sure what needed extra attention and wish you had let us know. If you want to contact us, please feel free we want all our guests to have the best possible experience. We do provide extra trash bags and we asked if you wanted more and you said you did not need any more.  You said you would take care of it, but we would have been happy to drop more off. We are not aware of any issues with the ping pong table but will look at it.  It's hard to fix things that are not pointed out as issues when a person is at home.  We do our best to keep on top of maintenance and try to do our best to provide everything a guest will need. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

From the Owner: "I’m sorry to hear about the cleaning issues. On the day of your stay, my regular cleaning crew wasn’t available, and the company temporarily assigned a new team. I later learned this crew was also new to the company, and I wasn’t happy with the results either. Since then, we’ve returned to using our regular team, and the house is now being cleaned even better than before.Regarding the gopher holes, the home is located in a large open field in the countryside. While we do our best to keep them away from the immediate area around the house, it’s very difficult to keep them out of the fields entirely as they are wild.As for the kitchen, we provide multiple large pots for cooking, but I’ll take your suggestion into account and look into adding some extra-large ones as well. I’ve also ordered a new refrigerator, but with the busy summer booking schedule, it’s been challenging to coordinate a delivery time that works for both guests and the company. We’ve hosted groups of up to 20 people before with one refrigerator without issues, but moving forward, we plan to keep an additional one in the garage as a backup."
