The Space:
Welcome to your perfect getaway in Colorado Springs! Our spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom home offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. The master bedroom features a comfy king bed, closet, and bedside lamps. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, closet, and bedside lamps, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids or friends with two twin beds, a closet, and bedside lamps. Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the cookware essentials.
Relax in the inviting living room with ample seating and a 40-inch Smart TV, or head to the family room for even more entertainment options: a 65-inch Smart TV, ergonomic workstation with a monitor and printer, and a fun arcade. Stay connected with lightning-fast Wi-Fi up to 338 Mbps, and enjoy year-round comfort with central AC and heating. Freshen up in the full bathroom stocked with towels and soaps, and take advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer, along with an ironing station.
Step outside to our fully fenced backyard, where you can unwind by the firepit and enjoy outdoor seating under the stars. With up to two parking spaces in the driveway, you'll have plenty of room for your vehicles. Guest Access:
Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence, except for the garage, which remains inaccessible for guests. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

Getting Around:
We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

~There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest
~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking
We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
Dog Policy:
This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.
Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.

-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

the house had plenty of room and was 15 mins away from our kids so it worked out great. We were about 20-25 min drive from all the attractions we wanted to see while we were there visiting.

Comfortable & Clean Home in Quiet Neighborhood
This is a clean and comfortable split-level home that worked well for us while we visited friends in this area of Colorado Springs. The kitchen had what we needed for simple meals and coffee was supplied. The beds were comfortable with crisp, comfortable bedding. The "den" downstairs has a comfortable sectional and big screen TV that was a perfect place to hang out. I would stay again when visiting this area of Colorado Springs.

Loved it!
We had a wonderful stay at Victory Mountain house. The house was exactly as described—spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, close to local attractions yet in a peaceful neighborhood. The host was very responsive. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Colorado Springs! for anyone visiting the area!

Biggest disappointment was when we pulled up to the house. There were 2 foot weeds growing in the yard and the blinds in the front window were broken. Also the back yard had same look with the weeds. The inside was nice and looked clean though. Not impressed that the yard wasn’t taken care of before guests arrive.
