Overall good experience, close to the beach, and the drive-on access is right across the street. Had a few smaller issues but was able to reach out and get them handled

Disappointed stay

Trash bins were full, yard was not cut, playroom was not able to be used (broken ping pong table and filthy beach toys) lights flickering, dark at night, overall unsatisfied with the stay.

Needs Better Management

Just had a 12 night stay and overall it was a relaxing time at the beach. We have rented many beach houses in the area and this one needs to be managed better. Before we arrived I read the review left 2 weeks prior and many of those issues were still issues for us. The cleaning crew was running late so we couldn’t check in until 5pm, but I do appreciate that Erika gave me a heads up. The grass was long when we arrived and never mowed the entire 12 day stay, the wifi information was not left like it said it would be, the broken door and chair were still there, outdoor shower nailed shut, hot tub lid off leaving the hot tub exposed and looking nasty, one trash can was ripped and another could not be emptied by the city, and that poor ping pong table. We did have an electrical issue that was fixed within 24 hours so I appreciate the quick response as well as the door being repaired and shower door made usable ….BUT the previous review should have been read by the owner or management team so they can stay on top of issues. I bought a broom and left it there as that was a necessity. The house also needs more silverware and dishes. There is a nice park and city pool for only $5 a day that should be highlighted- a big perk for us. A folder inside with wifi information and local menus would be nice as well as a guest book.

Listing not accurate

Property listing shows 2 pull out couches, entertainment which was the ping pong table that was split in half and bent. No board games no lines for extra pillows no trash bags. Outside trash was over flowing upon arrival. Charcoal grill was rusted and unusable. Outdoor shower was locked so unable to use that. Patio furniture was broken and rusted. No broom to sweep up any sand that was brought since outdoor shower l could not be used. Siding on the house was flapping around. Deck has boards sticking up and nails…husband and friend stepped on a nail. Husband and I cut my toe on the broken door sweep. No king bed. Dishes were dirty so we had to wash before using anything. Hard to open and lock doors. The window unit in the master bedroom did not work. Texted the owner 2 days before arriving asking if we could check in early and never received a response. The yard was over grown. The dryer was extremely loud
