This is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway! Centrally located, but with plenty of peace and quiet, our 1 bedroom home is a 20 minute walk to the beach or 4 min car drive, and features fishing right off the dock. Kick off your shoes, and come relax in the warmer weather!

Second time to stay here. Air conditioner works great. Interior is nice and comfortable. The bed is not as comfortable as I would like it to be but I’m used to my bed.

Perfection

This is the 5th house we’ve rented in Jamaica Beach and this was a great one. The price point was excellent. The home was remodeled and pristine. The bonus was a fenced yard that the website description didn’t include and with dogs, it was a wonderful surprise. We’ll definitely book this one again.

Overall, the experience and property were not exactly up to my expectations. Communication was very poor. Interior of the home was very nice. Exterior was so-so. Location was fine along with the surrounding area. I’ll just leave it at that!

Wonderful Place

Great location wonderful updated house. They do not however have a stocked bathroom there was soap to wash your hands but no shampoo, conditioner or body wash like the list states but that is the only issue I found! Would definitely stay here again!

Great property! It was clean and as advertised. Check in/check out was seamless. Being on the canal was awesome and great if you enjoy fishing. There is a green light off the dock which made night fishing a lot of fun being able to see what was hanging around.

Great Quality small space on the canal!

Perfect for what we needed. Clean property with all the essentials and comfort to relax around the property. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy. Helped resolve a minor issue within minutes. Super laid back area and loved being able to utilize the canal to fish morning/night good way to start and end the day. Beach access 2 minutes down the road and tons of food options within short driving distance.

Cute property in Jamaica Beach

Cute place but with some issues. The coffee maker was missing the pot up in arrival, messaged the property manager and never heard back for the duration of our stay. Fridge had such a horrible fish smell that we kept everything in our coolers instead There's a table for sitting outside, but it only has 1 high top chair.

Nice House good location

Property was nice however it had an awful smell in the house. We went and bought air freshener which did help. A BBQ grill was listed however no propane when we reached out to manager she rudely told us we could run up to the store and get some sooo bring your own propane if you want to use grill. Otherwise we liked house .parking was a little tight if you have a boat .

Great house on the canal

The house was great. The listing is a bit misleading. It says bedroom 2 has 2 double futons. It’s only a 1 bedroom house. The living room has 2 sleeper sofas. It still slept 6 people but we were definitely expecting 2 sleeping areas. Overall it’s a great place to relax and let the kids fish.

Creepy neighbor

Well the neighbor across the bay was very creepy all he did was watch us from his blinds. Then he call and told lies on us . Plus he got into it with myself and husband. I want to warn the next renter who rent this house beware of the creepy neighbor

Good getaway property

Communication was a little lacking. Check in information was given to us almost 30 minutes after we were supposed to check in. We believe they may have forgotten we were coming due to the fact the house and property wasn’t really cleaned when we checked in. There was cigarette butts everywhere outside. Besides the check in/ cleanliness of the place, we really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and the perfect size for 2 people who just want to fish. They also had green lights everywhere to fish with which was really nice. I would definitely come here again and was sad to leave.

Great at place to go chill for a couples trip

We enjoyed our stay and outside a few minor cleaning issues everything was great. Only big issues we had, was it is not boat & trailer friendly and on a dead end street. We have a 22’ Shallow sport and the owner had his boat & trailer parked inside the very small yard. We finally decided to go launch our boat & wiggle our trailer next to the owners leaving very little room for the truck and be able to shut the gate. Once we got all that figured out, all was good. I would definitely go back but might think twice about bringing our boat. Thank you Madison for all your courtesy and help.
