1. Bathroom floor between master bedrooms is wobbly and unsecure to stand on. Floor is rotting and needs to be reinforced.2. Carpets under dining room table and living area are very dirty with different color stains. 3. The Sconces in the largest master are broken or need batteries.4. Bunk bed bedroom lamp does not reach outlets. That room needs an extension cord.5. We were told that a gas grill would be provided but there was not one at the beach house. 6. Closet door in smaller master bedroom is very hard to open. We had to pry it open. 7. None of the remotes in the bedrooms worked. 8. There is no vent in the kitchen and the windows did not open. Entire house got Smokey. 9. We also could not change the AC to heat bc the thermostat requires a password. Which was not given. 10. The right side recliner on the love seat does not recline.11. MAJOR CONCERN: The downstairs swing needs to be relocated or reinforced because my wife and nephew fell. The entire (right side)anchor bolt came out of the beam. The swing landed on my wifeâs ankle. Wounding her ankle and causing it to severely swell . I hung the swing back where it was. I didnât want to leave it on the ground. But this is a major hazard for other guests.
