Separate Entrance Basement Suite

Located in the heart of Bridgwater Lake, spend a night or more at our beautiful basement suite with a separate parking spot and entrance for privacy and security. Surrounded by serene biking trails, parks and ponds with shops, banks, restaurants, gas station and coffee shops within walking distance.

The Suite
2 spacious bedrooms- 15 ft x 13 ft room with a new king bed and 13 ft x 12 ft room with a new queen bed. Living room feature a 65' TV, electric fireplace and a sofa bed for extra guests. Kitchen includes the essentials - induction stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, plates, cutlery, glasses. 1 full bathroom w/ towels, hair dryer. Laundry room w/ LG washer and dryer.

Kitchen was handy for making our own breakfast. Included a fridge, microwave, 2 burner hotplate, dishes & untensils, coffee maker and kettle. Bed seemed to go down some in the middle. Cute place though!

Clean, bright, good neighbourhood.However, it shows photos of 3 separate rooms with beds (1 was a pullout couch labelled office). This is not the case. There is no separate office. It's a pullout couch in the living room which was not accurately presented in the photos. Also, upstairs tenants can be heard walking around or kids running after quiet hours.
The living room is the 3rd bedroom, which was not good for a week long stay and not what we wanted.

Love the little stickers/instructions

We had a pleasant stay at this property. It is easy to locate, check-in instructions are clearly communicated and the property is clean and spacious. Recommendation: Maybe update the number of dining ware to 6 since it is advertised to accommodate that number? There were only 4 sets of dining ware.

Very nice place to stay

Check in was effortless. The suite is very modern, clean and had everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable and there is spare blankets if needed. The suite is spacious and will be booking again. The bathroom is equipped with a blow-dryer, towels and soap, but I had brought our own shampoo and soap. The kitchen had everything we needed, although if there was one suggestion, I would include a roll of paper toweling. I did read that one reviewer said they had to wash the towels, but I did not see this anywhere and did not do that.

Short stay

Booked one night. When we recieved rules of stay, we were a little surprised that we had to walk all towels before checking out and had to have in dryer. So because we were unable to extend stay, decided not to use any and no one showered. Only used the kitchen towel and handstowel. So washed what we used and dried. Checked in to borehole

Recent stay

This is our second time staying. Overall, it was basically the same. The beds are comfortable and it was clean. This definately met all our needs. I was however extremely surprised to receive an email from the host hours before arriving. It stated that we had to wash towels and have them in the dryer before leaving. Also, they pointed out that the cleaning supplies were under the bathroom sink, garbage removed and bedding. Everything had to be exactly as when we arrived, or we would be charged a cleaning fee. I would have cancelled except that we were not aware of this until just before arriving and would have lost our 3 nights stay, 450.00. Anyway, we won't stay again. I honestly thought someone cleans between stays, not the renters. We had to get up at 6 to do the laundry etc. and then head to the airport for a 10 am flight. So any future renting, before committing, I will be sure to ask a few questions of hosts regarding cleaning before renting. I personally have no interest in staying at a place and requires me to clean it.
