Arcadia Bateau Bay is a home available for short-term, weekend or holiday rental. It is situated in a quiet street off the main road, an easy stroll to cafes, local restaurants and take-aways, as well as the Bowling club, Tuggerah Lakes Golf Club and Shelly Beach Surf Club and Cafe. It is also within walking distance to various camping grounds.

You can enjoy a lovely walk or fantastic surfing, snorkelling and fishing at the patrolled Shelly Beach - or at the quiet, peaceful local Bateau Bay beach. Wyrrabalong National Park is just a few minutes drive or 13 minute walk up the hill. It is renowned for spectacular coastal views, whale watching, fishing, surfing, bushwalking and birdwatching.

Terrigal (popular for bars and restaurants) and The Entrance (for childrens entertainment) are within 15min drive from Bateau Bay. Bateau Bay Square is a 5min drive from the house and has many major supermarkets eg. Coles, Aldi and Woolies - as well as a large variety of shops.

The recently renovated 3 bedroom house has 2 Queen sized beds & 1 double-size bed, as well as a double sofa bed within the 2nd bedroom. There is a brand new modern kitchen with full cooking facilities and a dishwasher. A washing machine is contained within the bathroom and there is an additional outside shower with hot/cold water.

The light-filled back verandah, which contains a large 8-seater dining table, opens to a large sundeck with a comfortable sofa and direct access to the extensive, tropical, serene and private back yard.

Location

Bateau Bay is a beautiful and popular beachside village of the Central Coast. Pack your swimmers, a surfboard and a towel and make your way to Bateau Bay Beach to swim, surf, snorkel or relax in the sun. Stop by the northern end of the beach to enjoy a family picnic or rest beneath the shady trees of the Bateau Bay Beach picnic area.

Soak up stunning views of The Entrance, Tuggerah Lake and beyond from Crackneck Point Lookout. Watch talented surfers ride the waves of Shelly Beach, or look for whales passing by during their annual migration between June and November. From here you can make your way along the beautiful Coast Walking Track, amongst coastal wildflowers, orchids and flannel flowers.

The nearby Wyrrabalong National Park is a great way to further explore the beauty of Bateau Bay. Dramatic cliffs rise and fall along the scenic walking routes. Spend time birdwatching or follow the trail through the cool coastal rainforest within the park.

Enjoy a family day out at Bateau Bay Ten Pin Bowl or dine at one of the towns restaurants. Sample the flavours of the many restaurants & cafes and while you are there make sure to visit some of Bateau Bay's boutique stores in Bateau Bay Square.

All holiday properties are subject to sundry costs including cleaning, linen and booking fees.

A bond (security deposit) will be required in the form of a pre-authorisation of a credit card for every booking and an online check in form will need to be completed and returned prior to arrival. This involves providing photo ID and a credit card. The online check in form will be sent once the booking is confirmed. Please contact the office to confirm the bond amount as it differs for each property, minimum $1,000 (higher for more prestigious properties).

For bookings longer than 14 days, mid-stay cleans will be required at guests cost. Please contact the office for clarification of the number of mid-stay cleans required based on the length of stay and pricing as the cost will differ for each property.
