Welcome to the Frangipani Apartment! A private and secure ground floor villa, second from the end of a cul de sac just south of Fremantle in Beaconsfield.
This property only becomes available when its Chef owner travels for work overseas.
Features include a back courtyard with calming fish pond and water feature, double bed, tv snug, marble dining table and of course Chef's kitchen with double fridge/freezer, gas hob and oven, dishwasher and walk in pantry. There's a shower room and separate toilet and bedding, linen and towels are provided. You'll have access to the compound vege patch and to the small car port during your stay.
Within an easy walk to the Wild bakery for delicious treats, to the beach and to South Fremantle shops and supermarket,
