There were lots of pluses staying at 154 Marine Terrace, it is conveniently located between coastal outdoor recreational activities and the strip of hip cafe pub restaurant culture lifestyle. Wonderful host makes you feel at home immediately.

Jolly made me very welcome and ensured that I had everything I needed for my stay. The studio is very comfortable and well equipped and the location is perfect for some wonderful beaches.

A lot of privacy but convenient to public transportation and the beach. Comfortable and clean lodging. Jolly was super helpful and a generous host.

Small, tricky stairs but perfect location etc

Loved our stay. Small one bedroom, but perfect location, beautiful and clean and lovely host. If you can manage a narrow spiral staircase - it's just a lovely place.

It was a pleasure to host Amanda and Bonnie. The studio size and the sturdy steel stairs are clear in the photos. Nobody has had a problem with the stairs which are wider than standard spiral size in the past, including an 84 year old guest who stayed recently for two months!

Best host and location

Jolly was so lovely and accomodating! The studio is in a great location can easily walk to the beach and shops in south Fremantle. Would definitely stay here again!

Maddi and Ynes were the best guests. They were respectful, friendly and such fun to meet. Couldn't wish for better guests. They left everything very nicely on departure and even some treats for me which as so sweet and thoughtful. Definitely recommend them to other hosts as 5 star guests. Would have them back anytime. :)

Great little apartment

The apartment is very nice and extremely well located close to the beach, great cafes and restaurants and only a short walk to the centre of Fremantle. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment in general was well equipped

Perfect location and very thoughtful accommodation

The studio suited my visit to Perth and was very well set up.Arrival information was excellent , as were the well planned sensor lights when I came back in the dark! I was met by the owner on arrival and can recommend this place

Great studio to call home for 6 nights. It was clean and comfy and although it is at the back of a the host home we had our privacy. Great location with beach, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Great communication from Jolly, who is a lovely person. Would definitely stay again.

Freo Weekend

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Beach Studio. Lots of character, super clean and great choice of bars and restaurants just round the corner. Within walking distance of Freo centre or you can jump on the free bus. We'll be back!
