The space
Montague Lane is a stunning three story townhouse right the heart of beautiful and popular Albert Park.

Private and peaceful, yet wonderfully close to the Albert Park Village, this warehouse-style residence captures natural sunlight across its multiple levels.

Warm, inviting and exceptionally stylish, the home’s character-filled interiors are enhanced by rich timber elements and nature-inspired colours, which feature across each floor to create a stylish, sophisticated and calming ambience throughout.

The home includes three (King, Queen, Double) bedrooms, a large lounge with soaring ceilings with vast expanses of glass, a stylish and well-equipped kitchen plus a sun-filled dining area with stacking slider windows which can be thrown open so you can feel like you’re part of the vibrant al fresco café and restaurant scene just metres away in popular Bridport Street.

Views of the city and Albert Park can be enjoyed across each of the home’s levels, including the master suite which is softened by warm timber features and has the luxury of an adjacent beautiful marble tiled ensuite.
