The single-level layout ensures easy access and a stylish atmosphere in this 1-bedroom 1-bathroom property. Please note the apartment is single level but there is 2 flights of stairs to climb to reach the 2nd floor.

Featuring a King bed with hotel quality linen and towels, an extra x2 guests can be accommodated on a comfortable sofa bed. Sofa bed linen is included when booking for 3 or more people. If booking for 2 it will be an extra cost.

If you would rather dine at home, no problem, the property comes with a fully equipped Kitchen with Fridge/Freezer, Oven, Hob, Microwave and dish drawer. We provide basic cooking essentials such as Oil, Salt and Pepper.
Staying for longer periods of time, enjoy the comfort of a Washing Machine and Dryer combination machine. Washing powder provided.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property during your stay. It will be fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival and you will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable.
There is high-speed internet throughout the property.

Located by the famous Hagley Park, enjoy the Autumn leaves or Cherry Blossoms when you come to stay. A short walk to the green space, Hospital and Hagley Oval.
The CBD, Riverside Markets, and The Terraces a 10min walk from the property.

The Christchurch bus exchange is a 15 min walk away and that will give you access to all of Christchurch via the various bus routes. The Moov it app is great to download ahead of time should you wish to use the bus system while visiting Christchurch.
On-street parking is free outside the development but can often be full during school hours however does empty out in the evenings.
The surrounding streets also have free parking available, so if you have a car, you should be able to find a parking spot close by. This information is detailed in the Welcome pack inside the property.

The property does not include any allocated carparks, there is street parking only.
City Noise - Please note this is a city living Townhouse. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and neighbouring properties. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

Excessive rubbish left at check-out may result in an additional cleaning fee of $75.

Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
