Quiet and Comfortable Main House Room with Shared Lounge

Enjoy a room in our relaxing home located in the quiet area of Pyes Pa, Tauranga, New Zealand. Our modern house provides easy access to Tauranga facilities. We offer a large bedroom dedicated for guests in the main house, with full access to a comfortable lounge & dining room and a personal bathroom exclusively for guests.

You are free to use our shared lounge, which features a good library of books to choose from, as well as comfortable lazy boy or deck chairs for reading or relaxing. Additionally, you are welcome to use a small selection of board games.

Property Description:
Our property sits on a large 836m2 fully fenced section with established gardens. We have a number of swan plants, so there are usually lovely monarch butterflies to enjoy, and sometimes a beautiful sunset. The yard is completely screened from neighbors and the road with well-grown hedges and shelter trees. We also have a large deck and outdoor furniture that you are welcome to use.

Living Arrangements:
There is a large, shared living area, lounge, and kitchen that you will only share with your hosts.

We are located 10-20 minutes' drive away from beautiful beaches like Mount Maunganui, as well as waterfalls like McLaren Falls and many other natural beauty spots. The nearest small town area, Greerton, with laundromats and fast food outlets, is a 5-10 minutes' drive. The nearest shopping center, "The Crossing," is in Tauriko, which is about a 10 minutes' drive. We are also just a 5-minute' drive from ToiOhomai Technical College and 2 minutes' drive or a 10-minute walk from Grace Hospital. Access to many neighbouring destinations like Rotorua, Hobbiton, and Whakatane is approximately a one-hour drive.
