Just by the beach (1 minute walk to dunes) this very spacious, private beach pad has 1 bedroom and a queen size bed, plus 2 sofabeds in the lounge as well that open out into double beds. One bathroom and a full kitchen with oven, stove top, fridge and microwave plus standard kitchen utensils. Laundry with washing machine. Private back garden fully fenced with outdoor table set and a shed for gear storage. Fully furnished with lovely white linen and towels, plus duvets and pillows. Office desk and chair too.

5 minutes drive to shopping malls, cinemas and restaurants. 2 Minutes walk to the waters edge for swimming, surfing fishing or just lazying around. it stretches for miles. . Bus stop just around corner. Summerhill mountain biking 15 minutes drive. Two golf courses 15 minutes drive
