Smuk 3700 kvadratmeter strandhus ved Huron-søen! 4 soveværelser, inklusive et kæmpe "køjeseng" til kiddos. To soveværelser nedenunder, det ene er en fuld, Master er en dronning med walkout trin. Synspunkter er fantastiske. Ovenpå er der et værelse med en dronning og to tvillinger samt en køjeseng. Bunkroom har to sæt køjer (kun til børn) og to fulde senge samt et 55 tommer Smart TV. (med den bedste udsigt!) Gourmetkøkken (helt nyt dobbelt sortiment), bordplader i granit. Vaskemaskine og tørretumbler til dit brug. To opholdsarealer, en op, en ned, begge udstyret med 55 tommer Smart TV. Højhastigheds-WIFI overalt. Hængekøje og udendørs legeplads for børn. Kan ikke slå solopgangen eller udsigten over Charity Island med en kop kaffe! Nyd at kigge efter havglas og Petosky sten!

BOOK THIS PLACE!

This property is absolutely perfect!!!! We were SO happy with the space and all the amenities. I truly hope we get to visit again someday!!We had a group of 3 families - 8 adults and 2 kids under 2 - and this place was just the right size. Each family had plenty of space and privacy and their own bathroom. The house is fully stocked with everything you might need in the kitchen, gas and charcoal grills, and plenty of bath towels (bring your own beach towels!). They even have a foosball and ping pong tables in the garage! The property has a beautiful patio overlooking the water and is just steps from a perfect, sandy beach. They even have a ton of beach chairs for guests. Lastly, no up north lake house is complete without a firepit and plenty of chopped wood! It was super easy to find and a quick drive into Tawas or Standish for anything you might need. The host is incredibly kind and super responsive! This place was truly special and my family made so many memories here. You will not be disappointed!!

Awesome!

We have zero complaints. The house had more than enough room for 6 adults and 3 young children. The beach is beautiful and you can't beat the view of Lake Huron. We can't wait to come back next summer.

Big Red House

This property had it all, fishing, playing on the beach, a ping pong table, playscape, great views, star filled sky’s and plenty of room for all eleven of us. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful week together as a family, enjoying this beautiful home and it’s surroundings. Great to be just steps away from the beach, especially for our 2-year old grandson! Lots of memories were made.

This place has it all!

From entering the door for the first time, you can't help but feel at home here. Everything you need, and more, is there for your use. The residence is well appointed, both inside and out. The kitchen is roomy, furniture comfortable, and there is so much to do! If we had had bad weather, we still would have had plenty to do inside. We have used several different VRBOs for our yearly family trips, and this one is hands above the rest! Thank you to those who make this a welcoming, restful place to come back to!

My families stay was wonderful! Beach area was perfect to enjoy during the day. House was welcoming, cozy, and had all supplies needed. Natalie was a great host. Very responsive and cares about her guests. We hope to be back!

Great house & location

The house is perfect for a few families. We had two couples and two families of 4 stay here and there was plenty of room. The 4 bedrooms were good size and the 3 full baths are great. Very well stocked with everything you would need. The view and being on the lake is amazing. We would definitely rent again.

Beautiful view

Our second stay here and we hope to be back. Easily accommodates large groups. The kids love the playground. Watch the sun rise or the moon over the water. Lake Huron is the best. Nice neighborhood and friendly neighbors.

A Return to Bliss!

We planned to return for another family vacation. As soon as our oldest granddaughters found out we were returning here, they immediately wanted to begin packing and started planning what they were going to do together--although our stay was months away! On our arrival, it only took a few minutes for the grand children to be in swimsuits and out on the beach. They also enjoyed the bunkroom and all the great space upstairs. We all agreed with the desire to return again soon.

The BEST!

This was our 4th year renting and we keep returning for the same reason.....it’s absolutely the BEST! So many memories made, and so many more to come. The home is everything you could dream of. Thank you to the amazing owners for all that they provide.

Love this home!

Lake Huron is gorgeous! Home is well equipped. Has everything including an air compressor! Plenty of living space. Very well equipped kitchen. We will be back next year.

Beautiful Home on Lake Huron

This home was well suited for our family of 6 adults and 1 child (our second year renting it). The sandy beach is unique for the Lake Huron side of the state. We love to walk the beach and search for Petoskey Stones. The owners have a lot of recreational equipment like bikes, ping pong, table hockey to use. There is not a lot of fine dining in the area. The Boathouse Brewery is the exception. We had dinner there 3 time. The food and service were terrific.

Weekend at the beach

The lake house was perfect for our multi generational group. The granddaughters loved the bunk room, great grandma enjoyed the quiet first floor front bedroom. The beach was soft and sandy with plenty of rocks to collect down the way. Natalie’s home is well equipped with everything we needed, floats, bikes, hammock, fire pits and grill. The family was entertained the whole weekend and never needed to leave to explore anywhere else. Also lots of parking available. I 100% would stay here again. Ps I also have 3 granddaughters now planning to save their money so they can buys a house on the lake.

Best family vacation

This vacation has been the best. The house is amazing. The pictures definitely do not do it justice. It was so spacious and comfy and relaxing for the whole family. There was so much space for everyone to move around and also hang out together. They have thought of everything you need there. We brought Kayak's and paddle boards and they loved it. Natalie was very quick to respond to any question just wonderful to work with. We had a blow out on a bicycle they had and they quickly brought over 2 more. They bike rides were a lot of fun every day. Wonderful house and people to work with.

Beautiful home on Lake Huron!

We loved this home on Lake Huron. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable for our family. The owner provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay and relax. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room were stocked with all essentials. The house was beautiful and all the windows facing Lake Huron made it picturesque. The garage had a foosball and ping pong table which was a hit with the kids. We loved everything about the house but our favorite part was the beach. We enjoyed swimming in the lake and walking along the shore looking for sea glass and Petoskey stones. This was the perfect getaway for our family. We had so much fun and plan to return next year. We are so grateful to the owners that they shared their beautiful home with us so we could make so many great memories.

Wonderful Summer Retreat!

This was our first time staying a at this wonderful home for our 7th annual friends trip. We had 6 adults and 6 kids ranging from 7-10. The house was very spacious and clean. We didn’t feel on top of each other at all. Thankfully the water levels were a bit lower than last year so we were able to enjoy the beach and water. The kids had a blast searching for rocks, swimming, and building sand castles. They also had fun playing ping pong and playing on the swing set. The bunk room and upstairs living area was absolutely perfect for the kids to hang out when we were inside. The kitchen was very well stocked and made it easy for prepping and cooking our meals. Owner was responsive and super nice! We would love to come back next year to continue our tradition.

Family get away

Wonderful rental. View is better then it looks in the pictures. Sitting in the house you feel look you are on the water. And the view is the same from up and down and 2 bedrooms. Plenty of room for our whole family. Nice separation to the bedrooms. Grandsons loved the play set with swings and slide. Fun hunting for Petoskey stones and sea glass. We had one issue, we tripped a breaker. Owner was immediately available and had her manager there in minutes to reset the breaker. We hope to return next year. Was concerned about the talk of rocks in the water. Rocks were smaller and only for about 10 feet., a non issue. Thank you Natalie

GREAT Place for a Family Vacation

We just finished a family vacation and NO BODY wanted to leave! The House was clean and better than advertised. As many have said, the pictures don't do it justice. We were very lucky for 5 great days of weather with highs in the 70's and low's in the 60's so the beach and lake were perfect. Great sunrise (either from the beach, backyard, or even huge windows). The house had everything we needed and even more. We made extensive use of the swing-set, charcoal and gas grills, kitchen, dining room, firebox, and the kids built a nice beach firepit to enjoy the last night. There were 8 adults and 6 kids (ages 9 months to 10 years old) and we had plenty of room. The bunk room was a big hit with the kids. The extra frig in the garage was a big help. I would highly recommend this facility for any family looking for a fun and GREAT PLACE. Natalie was easy to deal with and very responsive to any requests.

Beautiful Home, comfortable and relaxing

The cottage is huge, clean and very well done. The pictures do not do it justice. Kitchen is big and the living space on main floor and upstairs allows for more space than you need to keep family groups happy and separate if some alone time is needed. Nice bonus area: The backyard with large swing set, basketball hoop and garage with foosball and extra fridge gave us another welcome area to play. Sea glass and Petoskey stones were in abundance and it was a regular and fun trip down the shore to search and collect. We collected 100s of pieces of sea glass and dozens of nice Petoskey stones. A/C went out one day and was quickly and professionally taken care of. The one drawback was the beach. There was only about 10 feet of beech between the water and the seawall. The water was full of large and larger rocks for about 25 feet, kids had a hard time and water shoes are a must. This did not meet our expectations based on description and pictures. Overall a very nice place to stay and we had a good time.

Waterfront Beauty

Every summer our family picks a destination in Michigan for our one week summer family vacation. This year we decided to vacation on Lake Huron. This house was wonderful inside and out. You are right on the beach so no roads to cross to get to the water. That made it very safe for our four little grandchildren. There is plenty of beach to take walks in both directions, which we did daily and found many Petoskey stones! The beach in front of the house is narrower then the beach pictured, but still plenty of sand and room for the little ones and adults watching them. We enjoyed the fire pit on the beach also. The weather was our biggest obstacle. It rarely hit 70 and we had some rain almost every day, but still managed to enjoy the beach for a couple hours each day. The huge house came in handy since we spent a lot of time in it due to all the rain. The bedrooms were very nice size and having 3 bathrooms was a luxury. The owner was very accommodating, and a couple tiny problems were taken care of very quickly. I have already told some friends about this wonderful place. I would recommend this place for families w/young children, families with teenagers, and girls getaway. There is a big stairway in the house, but there are two bedrooms and 1 bath on the first floor, so you don't have to climb stairs if you don't want to. The laundry room is on the second floor. We had a wonderful week and great family time!
